Ok for those who love their models. Situated in the middle of perumbavoor town. Parking space is limited for 3 maximum 4 cars.

Firstly, an airy store with well laid out displays. The store management lets you do your own thing. They speak or suggest or direct you to the appropriate product or its location, when spoken to. No time or purchasing pressures.Secondly Ive almost always had the store to myself. Every visit that I have made has oft seen me as the only customer (not necessarily ideal from Batas view point!). When I enquired about the lack of footfalls, the Manager told me that since its a Company owned and not a franchisee outlet, and him being a Bata employee, there were no real pressures on him either. Totally win-win from a customer viewpoint.And finally theirs stocks carry Batas latest offerings. They have gone green too. No plastic carry bags. Only paper or board. One finds every thing there for all genders, kids, occassions and seasons. I didnt rate it a 5, only because I observed a certain lack of ownership and committment to the brand on the employees part. But from a customer standpoint..a great shopping experience. 😊

Very bad experience from Bata showrrom perumbavoor... I purchase a pair of show for 2000/- hardly used 2 weeks... it got damaged they are not ready to replace it....
