The guys here are really good. I called HP customer care and they forwarded my complaint to volta technology. The service was onsite and they showed up on the 3rd day. What really impressed me was the fact that eventhough it was raining and time was 7 o clock they arrived as promised and repaired my laptop.

I gave my printer for service and the machine was working perfectly fine.I reached home and during the installation I noticed the screws were missing.Maybe they missed to set it up.No problem to the machine till now.

Not so well with their promise in time.Had to wait months to get a laptop fixed.Had to wait half an hour to get it back even without any other customers.

Hard to find location. Charges are high. Even for diagnosing they will charge.

Very bad. HP product is cheap in quality. After purchasing Lap Top will be complaint. Service is very poor. It takes months to get the Laptop repaired. They say that parts not available or parts also not working. Why buy from HP then???

Mostly there is on site warranty there is no point in coming to them. They are helpless in most cases. Duly note that they only do laptop and printer service. The rest is onsite. People are friendly. Rest everything is alright .

Worst service ever. Rather than fixing the problem, they create more. I gave my laptop for servicing and when i got it back (after 3 months) , the laptop screen was damaged and they never fixed it .
