Does not deserve to be called a company never pick up the phone. utter rubbish it is bit complex to change your super from one company to another otherwise I will straight away do ..okay i am editing my review after a month I guess now they have hired call centre and answer ing straight away but service is still pathetic as to get one document sorted it is taking me ages ..I agian upload the document I sincerely hope they approve this time so I can claim my tax.. this is mentally exhausting exercise..

After near fatal Bike crash and being disable i am now refused my TPD claim due to this company !!!!! Stay well clear !!!!

This company will make it as difficult as possible to hold your funds when trying to get your money to another superfund.Avoid / Don’t wait your time... Avoid

Only with Aware because of a merger with my old superfund. Stay away from Aware Super if i could give minus i would. it is a real mission to do a withdrawl and is a process and a half. I was also promised an email to arrive within 1 hr sill waiting a day after. My wife is with another super provider and her withdrawl was done online within 5 minutes everything identified online deposit to be made within 5 business days. Was advised by the lady that Aware will be on this new system in the next 18 months. These guys are stuck in the stone age!!!!

As a State Plus member Aware Super is hopeless
