I can wholeheartedly recommend ecomputers. My personal experience of them could not have been better and I found them to be both friendly and professional. Knowing very little in the computer repair sphere, I was very pleased with the way I was treated, never condescending and very honest. A++ and would not consider going anywhere else now. Well worth the 50 mile journey to Perth!

Fantastic service. Had an issue with the work laptop and needed a speedy diagnosis , as I work remotely. Paid for the Q Jump and had the laptop back and working within an hour. Have used E Computers previously and never been let down.

My computer recently packed up and I called ecomputers and the following day they collected from home repaired it and returned it the same day. Absolutely brilliant and the cost was really reasonable as well. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service, first time building a new pc, i had no idea why it wasnt working, i had attached everything correctly, the guys were very helpful, found the problem, fixed it very quickly and when they called to let me know it was ready, they were about to close, instead of making me wait til im able to get to the store again they went out of their way and delivered it to my door personally! amazing 10/10 service and would definitely recommend and go back!

Not a good first experience. Took a 2009 MacBook Pro in to get a new, faster HD. I was informed that when done, the computer would be exactly the same but faster. Collecting it a week later, I was told that all applications couldn’t be migrated across & I’d have to re-install Word, Excel etc & I should have the licence key which I don’t have anymore. Maybe they could’ve mentioned this when I dropped it off. They have also lost the keyboard microfibre. I left the computer with them as I was not prepared to pay £160, with a promise they’d call me once they’d found the microfibre. A week later they called to say it was lost & they would order a latex keyboard cover. I ordered my own microfibre on amazon. I accepted this & collected it. It works fine & is faster.
