Poor service they do power cut for hoursand today its an entore day. when we call to report they wont even pickup and it always says busy i think purposefully they are keeping the receiver down. Its kind of disgusting.
Worst abd worst , in my area if power cut goes it nevar reset wn hour it will remain 4 to 5 hours power cut , i dont understand what type of government fscility , we pays power bill still the same , power bill comes unexpect , stil these problem ever changes alwys day n night power cut , if rain comes or if rain stops stil these power cut vil remwil stable ,

Good service. But in Karnataka per unit price is very expensive compare to Goa & Kerala
They dont even deserve 1 star. In this situation like lockdown many IT people are working from home and they do hours of power cut for no reason and many students are having online classes. They dont even pick the call. What kind of service is this.And upon that they are so cunning

Very worst service....if there is no power phone is always busy ..actually it s not true that they are talking to the customer..it seems that they are keeping the phone busy (keeping the receiver down )If there is delay in the bill payment knowingly/unknowingly immediately they will take away the fuse ..It’s not good...Plz try to provide the proper customer service...

Many persons working over there are soo cunning and worst and they dont work for people, they work but after many hours... They wont respond to a complaint too.. The workers(lineman) are very little,i think only 2 persons are handling whole ullal area..

Such a bushit service provider,after powercut if we call them to ask wen they are providing power to the area there is no1 to answer the call,if it is happening in day time wat service they r gonna provide in a night time.hope all r taking rest in duty time and expctng free servces frm the government.
