Customer support is not good. Very pathetic. I purchased a hp laptop in 2019, after 1 year the system have a board complaint and I give it to them for service on December 2020. Until this day the issue is not solved. When I call their 2 contact numbers, 1 number never attended and another number take the call and they say will call back, But they dont.E computers is a company that provides very poor service in terms of after sales service. They specialize in a special type of customer support that does not reply to a message, does not receive a call, or picks up a bell.

Costumer support is not good. I charged Rs. 1200 / - from my hand to replace the laptop power socket which can cost around Rs. 600-700.
