Very bad customer service. I ordered a tender coconut cake for a birthday party and the cake was supposed to be collected from Kannur MRA 2 days after on the party day. When I called Kannur, They say no order received from peringathoor that ruined my plans then I went on to buy from brownies Kannur and that was a very good cake
