I needed some help with a tire message on my car. They took me immediately and helped me. It was a simple thing but they pleasantly helped this old lady. Great company and people.

This place is jam up. Joey the owner and Zach was very helpful. Joey helped me pick out the rims and tires for my 2021 Jeep gladiator. Once picked out he ordered and scheduled a date for install.Love the results and professionalism from these guys. Turns out a good bit of my family and friends use Pendleton tire for their needs. High recommend this place for any of your tire or lifts needs.

These folks are just fantastic. I had a tricky tire that had already had a faulty plug from another shop, and they fixed it within an hour. The lobby is comfortable and the service is fast, fair priced and courteous. I’ll be going back here to get my tires rotated!

Very friendly staff. Drove over a bolt and happened to be within a mile, so I drove it here with it still audibly leaking air. They pulled my truck immediately into a work area on the side and had the tire patched and ready to go within 10 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service: Yesterday, I brought my car in for two new tires. When I was waiting in the lobby, someone else came into the store complaining about an issue that they experienced regarding prior service. However, it was clear that Pendleton Tire Company was not responsible in any way for the issue that the person was experiencing with their tires. At any rate, the owner took it on the chin and agreed to help this person out even though Pendleton Tire Company would certainly not be responsible in this case. Most companies would not have done that. I was sitting in the corner and could hear the entire conversation. I left feeling impressed that there are still businesses that go above-and-beyond in customer service even when its not required. This is why theyre a staple in the community and will continue to be so in the future.

Just wanted to thank you guys for doing a great job on my leveling kit and tires. These guys are first class. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for recommendations or modifications!

I had a tire repaired by Pendleton Tire Company in 2020 based on a recommendation from a reliable neighbor and long time resident of Pendleton. In February of 2021 my low tire pressure signal went on and since I was passing by Pendleton Tire on my way home I stopped in asked them to see if the repaired tire might have been the problem. The friendly manager took me right away and in 20 minutes I learned that the repaired tire was still fine and all my tires simply had low pressure readings which they corrected for me at no charge. You cant beat outstanding service like that and I will return to Pendleton Tire because of that service.

I purchased a car from a gentleman whom works there, they were nice, helpful and truthful!

Took them all day to put tire sensors in . And then they way overcharged Ive called around and $300 is almost triple what any other shop charges ! Did they do the job yes, is it right probably, am I happy no!

Extremely pleased with Joey and the guys at Pendleton Tire Company, Im very picky about who I let work on my vehicle(s) and I could tell they paid attention to detail. I was in town from Charles Town, WV (500 miles away) and preparing for an 8700 mile road trip, so I looked up Pendleton and saw they roadforce balance and align just to make sure the car was smooth.Turns out my front two tires were worn on the inside edge and needed to be replaced, but I was scheduled leave for St. Louis the next day (a Saturday) at 5am. Im a pretty savvy shopper but couldnt find a better deal or availability at such short notice. Joey was proactive and called me with a solution (Two NT555 G2s at 255 instead of 265 wide) and set it in motion that day. Traction control would still be happy with the diameter difference so its not an issue.Im very impressed with the quality of service and understanding nature of the guys at Pendleton Tire Company. Coming from a mechanic, that means something!

Outstanding service at Pendleton Tire again. Rotated tires at my house and noted that two of the original four Continental tires on the vehicle had safety issues. So contacted Pendleton Tire to order new Michelin tires and exchanged emails. The tires arrived the next day and were promptly installed (with an appointment). Excellent experience!

I am from out of town and was very worried about people being pushy with what I needed but these guys were amazing. They took the time to show and explain what was wrong with my tires and why I needed new ones but didnt make me feel like I had no option. They were very professional friendly guys and I would reccomend them to anyone.

My son is attending Clemson, Im 5 hours away with very little knowledge of the area. Needing a relatively minor repair I had his vehicle towed here. They were fast, knowledgeable and honest. They very easily could have found other needed repairs and I would not have been able to question it from 5 hours away..... They didnt. You can bet Ill keep this number in my phone for the remainder of the time my son is at Clemson.

The guys were extremely friendly and helpful. Came in last week in desperate need of an alignment. A short time later, one of the guys informed me I needed to have a part replaced before they could get it aligned. I was given a paper showing just how out of line my wheels were and wasnt charged for them looking at it. The gentleman was so kind and informative, writing down the exact part number I needed, and warning me to drive as little as possible until then. Yesterday I dropped my car off to get it done, expecting it to take at least a few hours. I received a call in less than an hour that my car was ready for pickup! At lunchtime, no less! Not to mention it was SO reasonable and my car is finally road-safe again!

Had a valve stem issue on my motor home while passing through the area. I had the tire off and explained my situation and had a repaired tire at a very reasonable price, out the door in 15 minutes. I cant thank them enough. Very nice people!

Called Tuesday for tires. They didnt have in stock, but had them delivered by Wednesday morning. Upon arrival I was greeted as if they knew me (this was my first visit).
