Action Guarding Security is best Security for Pbel city.

Good gated community just at TSPA Orr exit. Peacefully located away from main road.Only concern is the construction is still on and adds to lot of disturbance.

Pbel City near to shadan medical college.Place is very good and new buildings are under construction.

It was really good place to live but in recent past society committee has made life difficult for resident and especially for tenants who are being discriminated mostly. For a new tenant to move in is like getting some paper work done in government organization. Otherwise this society location wise is far better than many other high end societies located in very busy areas of hyderabad.

Pathetic maintenance and water drainage.

I love the place the calmness and the ambience and the neighbors and the shopping inside and so many things that my heart feels to be at the very right spot to spend rest of my life.

I liked their recreation area which has 2 tennis court, one vollyball ground, badminton court and lot more.

Its a beautiful community to live in, except that few of the residents here have very low tolerance limit, and this place is not at all pet friendly.

We live here. Excellent locality with very good facilities. Open space is more than any other gated community apartments in twin cities. Unpolluted fresh air and good ventilation for each flat. Kids have all sport facilities apart fm elders.It is a mini India with diversified people fm all over India. All festivals are celebrated here which we missed during our previous location for nearly 20 years.Value for money if invested here.

A residential gated society apartments near ORR exit 18. Well designed properties with all expected amenities, in a modern residential project.It does have a dedicated sports arena and multiple play areas..Added advantage is close proximity to ORR with easy road access to financial district.

Super facilities are available ,a gateway community service project place had all games for kids , swimming pools for kids and families and shops are also near in the community itself

My cousin lives here. The place is good . It has many facilities like swimming pool, gym, grounds for basket ball etc. Has small play area for kids which has swings. No mosque and far from the city which is a disadvantage.

What action have you taken to prevent the incidents like the boy getting electrocuted at PBEL city. Who are the people responsible for it. Do you feel that INCOR PBEL CITY as a builder is responsible in some way for this incident. How can a family feel safe when incident like these happens?

The girdhari apartment premises are so clean and good but the area near to it is so dirty and slum as it is government allotment plots

Biggest gated community near appa junction. Overall planning is good, few blocks are occupied and remaining project is still under construction and it may take another 4-5 years to complete the project. The prices they are quoting is higher than the prevailing rates and they still charging 12% GST. Heard about maintenance issues which caused death of a 6 year old kid

Nice place to stay with family or alone. Quite a few amenities that add up to a decent living facility. A bit removed from the city but well connected.

PBEL citys swimming area is one of the best pool that I have noticed in Hyderabads society. Fully treated water with proper hygiene in and around the area. The kids as well as adults can spend some great time. There are instructors available on sight as well to let kids/adults learn swimming.

A very big community with a large number of flats with 19 floors and from A - J blocks are available each block is having 19 floors and each floor consists of 12 -14 flats .... awesome place with swimming pool, playing area for basket ball shuttle etc ..

PBEL city is one of the best community I have seen in the recent past. It is a good community for all ages of people. It has vast parks, walking spaces and children park. It has a massive parking lots for residents and visitors. Security is one of the best I have seen. Seen kids all over the place playing which is a good to see. Elder people walking.

Nice place to spend the evening. Ok needs a bit more detail. The place is nice once you are inside. Reaching there will be difficult. Surrounded by military lands, I dont think the locality would develop any time soon. There are a couple of Mosques near by where you get to hear the Azaan everyday. Good if you are religious

INCOR the builder of PBEL and ONE City should be banned by GHMC. The recent electrocution of a 6 year old kid in the so called safest gated community (PBEL City) of Hyderabad is an example of their sheer negligence and mismanagement.Buyers beware of investing with INCOR - your hard earned money will be shoved through the drain, and the safety/ security of your loved ones will be immensely compromised.No Govt water connection, it’s all tankers resulting in fat water bills.Electricity supply at industrial rates, not at the household rates, means high electricity bills.Fat maintenance bills - Fixed and Variable.Committee rules are tougher than a Prison..they don’t allow the residents to use the amenities per their choice and convenience, though maintenance will be recovered from you timely.
