The project is good but the location is too outside, there is no market neae Project, but it is developed by kohinoor group, which is one of the leading in this sector, the layout of the flat is good and unique, must visit once

They failed to deliver the project on time despite revising the possession date twice. It is still not complete. Very bad experience. We are regretting buying a house here. Would not recommend at all. They have a history of delaying possessions and their after sales service is worst.

I visited many upcoming sites in PCMC area. The concept of project is good.. However just couldnt convince by the history of project.. The quality of material used looks average. Although the sales personal she is very good professional and interactive. I appreciate her patience and skills. Will I think of this project may be not..

Possession of Phase still not Done ..Twice delayed Possession ..Hope phase 2 gets on time... Need to work on possession.Kohinoor Spoiling its name in Delaying this Project.

The project has been going on for quite sometime and has very low bookings. With such high prices, not at all recommended. However, the layout is good.

Development work is progressing at full pace, since it is taken over by Kohinoor developers, great views.. developing location which will give a good appreciation, intrrnationalischools and collage near by, within PCMC limits...

Courtyard one is good site, its still under construction though. The mock up flats are ready so you can get to know how the flats are will be.

Sampling of primaxx from JK cement ltd... Good quality used for construction...nice area.. Easy to communicate..

I reviewed around 12 socities in area of wakad , hinjewadi and tathawade and courtyard one has the best layout which i found in all of them ...the way they have introduced the standing balcony instead of windows in rooms are amazing and living area is 70%covered with slidjng glass doors not brick...Superb lagout , awesome reception and great location.

Though the salesperson was very courteous however the project is not worth the money
