It is not Baingwari, it is Bainjwari (बैंजवाड़ी). A village near Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, now in the Pauri municipal limit. It has pacca road, water, electricity and communication towers of telcos. It is around 4500 ft. above MSL. Good for summer vacations.
