Grt manager and staff r soo polite and humble

Carry bag and box of the shoes was not given they just gave the shoes in hand nothing to carry it. at least the box should be given if not the cover or carry bag. It was so difficult to carry the shoes in hand while having hand full of other stuffs.The staff behaviour was not appropriate because once i asked for the box they simple said to carry in hand.

Staff is very helpful. One can find good collection at good timing(not in year end when youll find old products as sale). Price is reasonable. But finding a good parking space is difficult, especially for four wheelers

Bata showroom is located in Nala road. It is an excellent place for buying shoes and sandles and slippers. They offer you goods of excellent quality But the main thing is they dont give you much option and the goods are outdated and out of fashion sometimes. This place is very costly also. Located just by the side of main road, you can see it from any vehicle and is visible from a long distance

The collection of the shoes is not appreciable however the behavior of the staffs is quite good and is better than other shops present over there and you can find more Bata collection here like Belts ,shoes , wallets etc. The ambience of the place is quite good too however there is problems related to parking space.

The store is big but the collections are not premium. 50 % offer is there but you dont get the items under free scheme. Overall ok.o.k.

Parking your vehicle is a big problem here as there is no parking space here and there is busy running road both the sides in front of the shop. The staff is ok but they hide from you the discount which you may be entitled to. You have to be very specific about the price you want an article to cost as the staff is generally going to show you articles only at the highest side of the price tag.
