Worst builder of Patna . No ethics , they only want money and after taking money they will not meet you ,sharing my personal experience with this , i booked a flat with them and gave him 5 lacs as advance , after taking money they started ignoring my calls , visited their office 20 times in a month but they never met me , after 3 months of follow up and written complain one of their staff contacted me and said the flat which i booked is not available as they sold it to some one else . I asked them to refund my money but they started to convince me to book some other flat in a new project . I strongly denied despite that they were not paying back my money . Since i have contacts with few influencial people i took their help , had to contact police then they paid my money . Aam aadmi ko to ye log refund hi nahi karte . Beware of this fraud .I dont want ki koi aam customer inke changul me fase thats why sharing my story .Zero star ke layak bhi nahi hai ye builder and inke employees .

Caution! If you are going to buy a flat from this builder, then by showing the work you will take the entire amount quickly from you in the name of giving the flat soon. Later, the flat will be stuck after 4 or 5 years and then it will be put to work elsewhere, in its office the time is taken as long as you have to take money, customer response is zero, you have to meet the builder 4 times. I have to go to office, still cant get it, no one can trust it, no rules are law
