Very poor service.I didnt expect from Apollo. I took full body checkup plan.In plan dietitian consultation was mentioned but when I asked they said we dont have any dietitian. But they took full money.Physician doctor consultation was there but doctors ( Dr. Sanjay Kishore) behavior was very poor. He dont wanted to explain any thing in the report. Total 1 min time he gave.

The Apollo Clinic in Kankarbagh Patna, which is known for full body tests seems to be running illegaly. No professional Doctors no professional staffs. Even the bill they give doesnt have GST number on it. Also they dont accept money through online or card payment. They just ask for cash for every transaction. Police has to ban such clinic, they are just fooling us and also they experiment on our bodies. Please dont consider going there. Thanks!

My office had arranged for full body checkup in collaboration with Apollo Kankarbagh and I had a proper confirmation letter stating the same. Still the staff denied my checkup. They are extremely unethical.

Ignorant and arrogant reception staff. I asked her to send the report via email in the view of rapidly growing Covid cases but she said they cannot do it... they have been instructed to not to do so. This is pathetic.

Most of the corporate giving Name of Saligram prasad Memmorial health care.The name is written in a very small size and difficult to find. Phone number is not working. Everybody know the name apollo clinic.

Very bad service,doctor did not maintain time.Not an original apollo.Right now i am seating inside apollo and staff did not weared mask and no such response about doctor visit.

The time required for complete test is too much, also the prices are high. If one is paying good amount he need a good services as well.

It is not original apollo... U can see on website of apollo clinics and hospitals network... And also contacts numbers.... Staffs not in apollo dress.... Very pathetic....

The place is very clean with all the facility available.

No maintainance...none of the ac is working...wash rpoms are dirty..how can a medical diagnostic centre cam be so lean in all means...taking the best of rates.connected with Apollo but very upset to hear that this is franchisee...

The receptionist had no sense of how to talk to anyone. I believe they keep illiterate people as their staffs.
