My Patient was admitted there on 03rd July and discharged on 08th July, he was in ICU for 2 days then in room no. 405, pathetic services please prefer some Government hospital instead of this hospital. No cleanliness, dirty sheets and pillows. If you ask for tea there is no one to give you tea even when you are ready to pay for it. Intercom was not working. That was the situation in room for which they charge Rs.3500 per day. Government hospitals are better than this one.

Overall its not a bad hospital for getting the delivery done. Reception staffs are friendly, nurses are too. Got my 1st baby delivered here under Dr. Anitas supervision. Not bad facilities, not too expensive but you should ensure to verify all the billing before you proceed for payment.Cleanliness is good, have not used the cafeteria, so no clue on that.Rooms are not much spacious.Its my experience and you should verify every information on your own.

For the covid times, all we as family want to know how our family member are doing. They have taken phone from all patients and the reception does not receive call, there is no covid help desk to call, basically thats a complete mess. Pls make a covid helpdesk. I know entire medical system is overwhelmed and exhausted but how we as family can stay calm, getting no update whatsoever from patients or hospital.

Ford Hospital is like Naam bare aur darshan chote.Worst experience at the Ford Hospital, Patna, My father and mother went for COVID19 vaccination, there is no proper arrangement for vaccination. They have not updated the vaccination record to the Govt portal. When visited again for the record or message or certificate of vaccination, they told us to visit for next vaccination, and they will give it, but not ready to update the records. A big QUESTION, WHY not updating the records on Govt app?? When asked that I will file a complain against your team, they are angry and told that, jo karna hai kar lo...... Kyon ki unko bhi pata hai kuch nahi hone wala... Bihar Govt ka poora system hi corrupt hai.

Doctors is really good and cooperative parking ara of more than 20 vichels is available in this Hospital it is in the town and near bypass good water facilities is available give by the hospital management hear .good road to reach to this Hospital is also available for reach to this hospital. Paris all types of deasis is treated in 5his hospital. But mananly accadante case is theated hear as this hospitals is near by pass which is very busy area this area is full of vichele. Some disadvantage of this area is in my mind that i want to write with all good facility this hospitals also charge more money to the patient family. But one advantage is that is Gove instantly treatment to the patient they do not ask for money first. With all this facility one disadvantage is that it is near bypass due to which much more noise pollution is chate by bus truck and car by thir horon for 5his I have one suggestion if hospitals MANAGEMENT follow this suggestion is that Hospital MANAGEMENT plant some tree in hospital compound boundary related to bypass due to tree the noise foll on tree and go back and not harm pasatant health . It is also given relief to the patient Gardiners because it also harms the Gardiners . It also create good sleep for the pasent.

They are just taking ur money and no good service at all if u have influence then its good otherwise its hell.

The service is really pathetic and Fords employees does not value its patients at all. I had registered my Mother under reg. Number 70608.The the time of final settlement through Tata AIG health card, the corporatecTPA andaPSU department guy mockedmup stating that he hashalready raised a request for claim but it hasnt got approved by AIG and they are still waiting for it.The people at TPA and PSU department has harrased me so much that I was left with making n number of follow-ups with Tata upon which they confirmed and re- confirmed that they have sent query mail to fords email id at 17:05 and they staff at Ford @ 18:50 still re-confirms that they havent received any email while this time I had a proof of the email sent to Ford due to which they couldnt deny.It a hospital meant and run only to make money at the cost of harrasing its client.

This is not a place for treatment of patients.... this is hell for the patient ... never recommend this hospital to any one .. please don’t go to this hospital if you want to see your patient alive choose any other hospital but not Ford patna .. i had very bad experience with this hospital ... they will just snatch all your money on the name of medicine and bad service and both your patient and money will be gone .. Cardiac care unit is worst staffs are not trained they don’t know how to talk with patient even doctors are very careless the head doctor only visit for some time and they never speak clear..they just detoriate your patient day by day and even the report they give is false..... all together i can say is they are murderer and robbers.

Went for Covid injection for my mom with online registration. But they are not giving preference for it.They told me, You have to come at 6:30 am in the morning for manual registration then only vaccination could be done at 10 am to 2 pm. Because still government is not sending the list of online registered peoples.
