We visited the hospital for cataract and glucoma treatment and the consultation and surgery results aare extremely good. Hospital is hygienic and clean and follows all covid norm. Please go for it for any sort if treatment.

Staff behaviour with patients is very rude.Reception people are shouting and very arrogant.Process ia full of hassels made very cumbersome by managementThere are many other eye hospitals in patnaJust now received call from Mr Sujit Jha center incharge and he apoligised gor the rude behaviour.Hope so they will take corrective action against the rude staff so that they do not repear the behaviour with other patients.

I prefer ASG Eye hospital Patna as my preferred eye hospital .The hospital is having excellent team of professional people and excellent eye specialist.I have been treated for my catetract by Dr Sanjay and Dr Nishnat thereafter.Doctors are very accessible and cooperative and they give very promt response whenever I needed.The quality of work I have been liking since long when my mother has been treated and operated for her eye surgery 7/8 years back when it was in doctors colony.I will recommend every one to visit this hospital and feel the difference.

While apparching the hospital, the staff at the counter management was just ok, resulting in avoidable delays. Secondly, Express Service at a nominal premium was also not in good taste.Having said that, I must acknowledge the wonderful precessional expertise in subsequent precessings and examination by doctors and their humane approach. The doctors are certainly among the best in Patna, if not the best.Truly a good service to mankind. Keep it up.See if the counter management could be fixed. Six out of five star for doctors there, whereas three out of five for counter management.

Very well environment for eye care. There were highly educated professionals & very polite working employees as i observed. Doctors are not good.Very bad experience ..They only care about the infrastructure.They said that my wife is suffering from glaucoma and they do treatment for glaucoma for 1year and said you have to continue the medicine for life time.When i visit another hospital he said you dont have glaucoma. The only problem is tears are not making in your eyes.. So he gave a single eye drop for that.Now she is totally fine.

New hospital, comparative staff and good facilities.But management is not good. There is no proper sequence to serve the patient. They are treating new/old patients together soo waiting time is more. If they can implement slot system to improve this issue.Eg. Online appointment , 30 new patient and 20 old patient in 1 hr . They can give fixed time slot so patient no need to wait for long time
