Not actually a library. But only a simple hall with below average sitting arrangement. Only reason to be there is that it is the cheapest and you can now easily make out why is it so.

I have been to this library and from my opinion this is one of the best libraries in patna with peaceful environment, comfortable sitting arrangements with good lighting systems , daily newspapers and magazines .Pure RO drinking water .Wifi connection is superb (so fast and secure ) .Best environment for both male and female .Must come and visit this place .

Very good and peaceful library with wonderful wifi connection.Light and sitting arrangements are very comfortable.
