Following the covid safety guidelines we have moved to 2021 and still maintaining and serving customers with pride and passion with penty of new ease of shopping that is Omni service ( bata home delivery) chat shop an engine via which a customer can do chat and shop). Sow ( store on wheel , serving customer in their locality. And we are back with new collection ( mens collection, ladies collection, kids collection, sneakers for ladies and gents) at bata with offers i.e enrollment in bata club members where customers can get exciting gif voucher.

Nothing wrong here but the collection is very few. Very reasonable price. At least visit once before buying somewhere else.

Staff behaviour is very rude. Not professional at all. They start arguing with you if you ask for another fresh puece of shoes/ slippers. You may visit other bata store except this one. Very poor service.

The staff are really cooperative and would help you with any scenario.As everyone of us have purchased shoes from BATA many times, we assume that it might have the same quality in its shoes that it had earlier but that is untrue.BATA was known for its quality made but cheap leather shoes but now BATA is trying to make sneakers and that is why BATA is becoming unpopular.I remember that I purchased a sneaker from BATA which had a quite moderate price, if I had purchased an Adidas sneaker at the same price it would have atlest lasted for about 2-3 years but this sneaker I had to throw away in 3 months because its sole was detached from the actual shoe. I used that sneaker only for indoor purposes and that happen and this is not only a one time experience but has happened with many people many times.Therefore if you want to purchase something worth your money from bata then only buy their HUSH PUPPIES leather shoes/leather slippers and actually they have a collection of good quality slippers.

Bata is the place for all your requirements....Nice Collection for Ladies, Gents and Kids...I visit often ....but only when 50 percent off is going on....Else prefer watching from outside.....Parking is the real problem....However, one can park on the Leftmost side of the Fraser Road Corner Turning .....and do some quick shopping.....Overall a decent place for shopping.....
