One of the largest Westside retail store in Patna, it has a total of 3 floors with ground floor and 1st floor dedicated to Womens clothing, accessories and lingerie. The top most floor is for mens clothing and footwear, where you can find casual and formal wear for kids, boys and men. The interior of the store is good with a huge parking space and wheel chair accessible entrance.

Now it fully operational. Well stocked. Festival and winter stocks available.Neat clean and nice ambience.

Great variety in the ethnic and Indian wear. Prices are neither cheap nor expensive. Bought 3-4 pairs last month, they stock good quality brands. The western wear section needs more variety. The footwear section although has pretty stuff doesnt seem very interesting. Could play a little more with the layout of the store and present the footwear section somewhere where its more visible. The staff is friendly, especially at the trial rooms. They encourage you to try on and help you find good clothes.

There is a lot of variety available in ladies section but not in gents. Although the shopping experience was good and the staffs helps a lot.

Westside has good range of clothes for men, women, kids and home decorative items. Price is around budget for clothes. Prices for decorative items are high as compared to quality. Slippers and shoes are also available. No big brands available, only in-house brands are there.

Staff are not user friendly. We selected some ladies rings and the staff told to deposit at counter. They suggest if you want can do more shopping. So we deposited at counter and started shopping on 2nd floor. When we did more shopping and reached to counter for such rings to do billing. Such rings was not there and that was lost. What the frustrating such moments was. I will never go to this WestSide. Even after such incident staff was behaving rudely showing that it was my mistake.
