Its the best hostel of NIT Patna. It has enough rooms to accommodate around a thousand students.This hostel is having two large mess. One especially for the sophomores and one jointly for third and fourth year students. Most of the rooms are small sized having two beds each room. There are 10 large sized rooms one on each floor having four beds. Every room is having ethernet connection and along with wifi having a decent speed.Of course there is cycle stand in here for students but they are not allowed to park any other vehicles.Bathrooms are nice and are cleaned on weekly basis.There is enough space inside the Hostel boundary to stroll in the morning and evening. Students often play cricket at the there itself.Not so fun fact - It has ten floors and 6 lifts.Fun fact - All six lifts rarely work simultaneously.

Brahmaputra hostel aka G+10 is the boys hostel of National Institute of Technology Patna which is near Rani ghat.There are 10 floors in this building and each floor having 56 rooms for students.Most interesting part is that this hostel have solar panels installed on top roof which is used to heat bathroom water. And also every floor has full WiFi and LAN connectivity installed.Guards are always 24X7 present at the entrance.
