This Gym is best comparing other gyms nearby Boring Road area. This is best option for beginners, you will do multiple number of exercises under the guidance of two trainers. The equipments are of good quality and there is no problem of drinking water and separate Bathrooms. It also contain changing room too.

The gym is overpriced. The weights are adequate but there is no squat rack. The trainers are very supportive and well mannered. Gets crowded in the evening.

Very average gym with exceptionally high fees.. personal trainers are ok-ok and not great either.. with this price amount you can look for better options available elsewhere. Its a quite small gym and suitable for light to moderate intensity workouts. Long line of waiting for equipment.changing room not appropriate and no steam bath and all as mentioned in the prospectus.. go gold if u understand :)
