First -They will charge you hell lot of money for simple courier on the name of type of courier however all will reach at same time 14-15 days.Second- courier will not reach on time.Third - Money you have paid and courier has been booked courier will reach at destination distribution center and guess what ... You get a call saying we dont have coverage to your area please collect it from nearest distribution center. The guy simply denied saying we dont deliver to your area. Why dont they simply tell while booking after checking with Thier Frenchise and then book it. Its simply cheating the customer.Fourth and the worst thing you wont get any support from customer care,people working at Dtdc knows that nothing gonna happen with complaints and all sometime they will refuse to give your parcel reference number as well.Best of luck with your next parcel or courier with Dtdc👍
