I think as i have experienced , this building has many government work office , such as driving licence office , Ignou office ( now transferred to bus stand sipara ) and many other offices . The building have a great design and construction , it looks unique among all other buildings nearby , at the top there is a horizontally rotating hotel ( Aasmaan ) with paint of the Indian National flag , which makes it unique . Great it is .
