Not good for stay , lot of mosquitos . Hotel people dont take adequate measures. Worst experience.

A very modern Hotel and Banquet hall. The staff members are very polite and the food was finger likin good. The location of the hotel is very preferable.Everything about the place is elegant and the money you spend here is worth every penny .

Food quality was average but quantity was good. Service is not good at all. They need to focus on their serving techniques as we saw he dropped food on table many times and same he pick and serve in out plate which was not good at all. As we were Hungary and just came patna after so long drive so we didnt care also their kitchen was going to be close. but they need to work on this.

This is very good hotel. Cleanliness and hygiene level is good. Hotel staff is also very co operative. But charges are very costly because this is a three star hotel so you can expect a good treatment here if you are ok with these charges.

Good food and good service ,,,I came here for breakfast with my friends..we really enjoyed the food and services..The was superb specially their Pasta, Garlic bread toast and.. Hot Chocolate..Tq restaurant team specially Mr. Vipin.keep it up....catch you soon..

Great Place to arrange a function with hygiene and well maintained staff. Meet couple of Manager who really met my expectations specially Mr. Kundan Kumar was very helpful. Also room was good with basic amenities for the travellers.

The AVR Hotel n Banquet is one of the raising hotel in Patna. Cleanliness and hygiene level are excellent. Hotel staff are very co operative some of them where Lokesh, Bipin and his Manager wouldnt recognize his name Food n Beverage Manager. Thanks to all.

The gm Arun Pratap Singh who holds such a reputable position sounded quite rude and uncourteous. Wonder how such people run such big hotels. I called him again to say how his tone was very rude but expectedly he wondered why that was rude.😂 explains the situation, maybe he is too dumb enough to understand how his language sounds. Overall it was nice talking to him which also gave me an insight on how few hotel management people turn out to be. 😂😂

We booked baquet hall for ring ceremony and reception the taste of food was not good at all and behaviour of staffs were also not good at all we need to just beg for staters as the waiters were behaving like hell..... So disappointed ...... Gurudwara me lungar ka presentation is se aacha hota h and the taste of food was not good at all....My GUESTS ARE TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

Not a good experience , tasteless food. We booked the Banquet hall for ring ceremony and had around 100 guest . The food was stale and cold , just to add to it the taste was missing . I am still wondering what did we pay for , service , food , decoration , hospitality ,because we got none . If some body reads it please take serious cognizance of the matter .To the reader : we changed the venue next time and went to Amalfi Grand which is nearby , it has smaller banquet halls but staff behavior , service and food is awesome .

The banquet is good for a gathering of around 200 ppl. The food is good. The interiors are fine and well maintained. Only issue I felt is of parking which seems to be very common on the area.

Very disappointed with the behaviour of the main food/dinner. But the hotel is located at a very prime location and staffs followed the COVID-19 Guidelines very strictly and cleanliness was well maintained.

Well maintained rooms in the central market places. Below it big bazar is there. Service is good proper covid noms is followed. Reception is on 5 th floor while rooms are on 3 rd floor.

Hotel AVR is best in Patna for comfortablity and bujte friendly.

Food was great but service was sheer pathos. You will have to wait for hours to get your ordered food on table. Finally after a wait of 45 mins our food was served. But wait, first check whether they have served you everything or not! They might miss upon your orders. And the saddest part is that no one will be there to attend you. You will have to again wait for someone to come and check. After having your food, you will have to ask for finger bowl 2-3 times. Mouth fresheners with your bill is a luxury. You need to ask for it. In short, this place is a chaos. Only recommended to those wo have plenty of free time to pass for some good food. The star is only for the chef!

The only issue I had was of wifi, they give you id and password with limited caps, thats horrible, you have to change it multiple times, other than that everything was good, good was good. Staff behavior was also good.

The worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in, the front desk people are not helpful at all and they clearly don’t know how to treat and talk to their guests.Very poor check - in.Food was okay but was not upto the mark.The staff of restaurant and front office cannot arrange few cubes of ice for an emergency basis.The front desk did not bother to find a solution when i asked him to arrange a taxi for me to the airport.

Good space (banquet) for engagement ceremony

First time I have seen such a professional service in Patna. We have organised engagement function at AVR Banquets and was happy with their service...Food, decorations, staff support everything was perfect.

I am staying at AVR Hotel for a week. It is situated at Raja bazar and is quite near to airport, which will be good if you mostly travel via air. Its restuarant is at 6th floor which serves delicious food and you can easily order in your room directly. Staff is corporative and will listen to your requirement nicely. I found room bit small and there was no safe/locker facility in room. One more interesting point which I found is BigBazar is in same building (ground to 2nd floors) and it will come handy when need to buy something. Hotel Rooms are on 3rd and 5th (reception) floor. You can also find reliance store and KFC near by.
