A really big, clean and well maintained station; arguably even better than the Patna railway station. There is too much traffic on the roads most of the times leading here so better keep some time in hand.The staff is polite, very surprising considering Indian railways. Has water fountains, huge Rajendra ji statue, replica of a train engine around which you can click pics or sit around it. I really liked the terminal or say railway station.

It is one of the three railway stations in Patna , located in Rajendra Nagar. Recently, a lot of focus and attention have been put on it for its cleanliness and hygiene . It is also the part of the Google Rail Wire programs which enables high speed WiFi connection on select railway station. The Google Rail Wire WiFi speed is awesome . But it restricts you after you burn out your initial limit of 1 GB per phone number.

Buses not available. Autos are available to Patna Junction from there you can take taxi to any part of city. New comers dont take share autos, as the other passengers and the driver may had conspired before to snatch money from you.

I think this is best station in Bihar, cleaned place, seating are well maintained. Food counter are available at platform.Huge vacant place,no rush and the best thing is parking stand.

All possible small major facilities are available in the station and around the station as per the requirement of the passengers, such as toilets, mobile charging points, restrooms etc. Nearly most of the trains coming to and from Rajendra Nagar Terminal railway station to Patna Junction stop here, and there is less congestion but congestion than Patna Junction. All combined the station is good.4
