It was a very quick and easy booking process. The driver was bang before time and was a very likable person despite the fact that pick up was at 5:45 AM. Worst experience ever. Biggest mistake of my life that i booked this car service. There was no previous info about the extra charges.But at the end of trip they asked for extra money which was not informed at the booking time.Very rude behaviour of car service owner.He also threatened us.

They are a bunch of fake people with no integrity. Took advance and assured to send cab in half an hour and became unresponsive post that. These are the type of People because of whom all Biharis are badnaam among outsiders.You can reach me out, Ill show you proofs as well.All fake reviews. -ve star to these people, if possible.

Very unprofessional cheater are there. I booked a innova 12 days before and paid advance but on the 1 day before he is not arranged my innova and try to make fool.

Try not paying more money in advance. You are in bihar and no one here is professional . They will fight amongst themselves while you will still either have to pay the amount directly to driver expecting refund from the person you paid advance . Nothing will work the money paid online is the money waisted . Be cautious . There are other local drivers who are very much professional and reliable.

There is a very useless service, the time does not come and the money given in the advanced is not refunded, if you call to ask for money back, you dont raise the phone and if you pick up, you talk by abusing it, that is why my most request is that should never book a car from a baba cab and do it from somewhere else.

We six members recently toured Varanasi, Patna and Gaya. We took the services of Baba Cabs to go to Gaya from Patna. Of course I booked the cab from Bengaluru itself well in advance. The terms and conditions between us were discussed and accepted. Accordingly Baba cabs were prompt in giving their service.The cab came to railway station in Patna and picked us and travelled to gaya. The next day we were dropped at the hotel where our rooms were booked. Also, on the next day we were dropped to airport. We are very happy with their service. The vehicle Innovative was good and also the driver Mr. Ravi, well behaved. We have no hesitation in recommending baba cabs for others. We thank them for their good service.

Pathetic Service. Cheaters. These are bloody frauds. They ask for advance amount and then do not even provide the service. And on top of that they do not even return the advance amount.
