One of the oldest hotels in town and has a lot of experience with VIP Guests. Its location is one of the best in town and the staff is very nice. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a quality stay, great connectivity and doesnt mind the not so aesthetic view from the window.

Stay was nice, staff were very good. Food was also good. Only problem that we had is that there is no lift from basement parking to hotel.

The room service was very poor, I wish I can give less than one rating. The phone of room was not working, the towel was already looked like used towel. I called to room service for water from another room (my colleagues room) but no one served and I complained on reception but he didnt shown it positively.

बाथरूम गंदे एवं बाथरूम से पानी की निकासी ठीक नहीं थी ठंडे गरम पानी मैं कोई अंतर नहीं वाशबेसिन गंदी वॉश बेसिन में साबुन घुसा हुआ बाथरूम में लाइट की कमी अंधेरा सा महसूस होता है तौलिए गंदे बाथरूम के बाहर रखी हुई पैरदान गंदी डस्टबिन में गंदगी ऐ .सी. से बराबर पानी टपकता हुआ बेडशीट एवं तकिए के गिलाफ अत्यंत गंदे 1 हफ्ते पूर्व बिछाए गए वहीं बराबर यूज़ करते रहे कमरे का फर्श चिपचिपा ता हुआ टीवी में केवल एक ही चैनल आता था कंप्लेंट करने पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं होती थी नाश्ता अत्यंत महंगा थाखाने की गुणवत्ता बहुत ही खराब थी लेकिन महंगा बहुत अधिक था इलेक्ट्रिक कैटल साफ नहीं थी लेकिन रुम सर्विस सही थी एवं रुम बड़े थे

Decent place considering it is in Patna and the place doesnt have any decent hotels rooms are just about ok and service as in Patna hotels is a little gruff but fine. Food is much improved, its good now, since I have been coming here but for that matter so has the food in most of patna since the alcohol prohibition. Ok for a business trip for a couple of days. They have basement Parking.

Naam bade aur darshan chote...Rude staff, no gentle behavior, also serving fake brand sealed water bottle (Belsari*), food quality also not good, feel dust in methi matar malai.

Food in the hotel is good and reasonable in price. Hotel hygiene is a drawback . Do ensure that the bed linen , pillow covers are fresh as soon you enter . Or get it changed in your presence . I had to get the linen , bed sheet , pillow covers as found the same wasnt changed after the last guest checked out , there after they took me to 3 more different rooms and story was the same . Better , get it changed in your presence . Do ensure to get the water kettle washed properly as it was very dirty for me .

It was a wonderful stay. Hotel was quite neat and clean, room service was very prompt and more importantly the food at hotel was amazing. Overall experience was very nice.Hotel was very peaceful and we enjoyed our stay and company during the period.

The hotel is situated is a place which is one of the busiest place of patna and that makes the hotel a perfect place to stay. I have been there few times and each time I felt the best kind of vibe. Every thing was just upto the mark. The restaurant bell pepper is the best thing about this hotel. Each of the food that we ordered was amazing and I am looking forward for more such visits.

Visit places are also near by pike gandhi maidan and ganga ghat etc . Better to use local public transport than hiring a cab because of heavy traffic here round the clock .

I have been staying in Hotel Windsor in semi club and club room for quite some years whenever I visit Patna for official Trip.Today,on 16th September I had an offline booking.While checking in the morning,surprising I was told to pay first and then check in is allowed. It was very insulting for guests who had been guests in the hotel for long years. This is expected from small hotels,walk in guests near railway station only. I didnt stay as good options are many now in Patna.

Location is nice, staff is good and they maintain clean ambience. I could stay here peacefully during this covid time. Also, the food quality is superb. It was a covid emergency that I had to stay alone here and I needed a good clean place to stay which hotel windsor provided at the good rate. There are not many guests at this time but still these guys have kept their spirit high and doing their job.

Nice experience, excellent location, good amenities. Clean and hygienic. overall was a pleasant stay.Buffet Breakfast should have more choices. Housekeeping responses should be more prompt, now at least 1-2 reminders needed for any assistance needed.

Very nice hotel.. we booked it through goibibo for two days. On first day they allocated us small room with window at back side where no light was there. Second day moved to different room as there was some electricity problem in our room. 2nd room was decent and spacious. We loved the morning breakfast and meals .. specially sizzler. One extra rating for food. Parking is in basement. Day time u can park outside. Its walkable distance to railway station.. through there are many option on exhibition road for stay like lemon tree, patiliputra exotica etc

Its a good hotel and nice staff. The only issue is that it might not be having parking as I had to park on road.

Poor room service, the man sitting at the front office in the morning to noon shift on 4th July 2021 was very rude... We made complains about the leakage from the AC and stinking washroom, he replied us by saying how would he know it will happen, he made us to change the room from 2nd floor to 4 th floor, he was not at all guilty for his behaviour and the way he spoke to us.. everyone was acknowledging our complain but that stupid man from the reception was rude and always disconnected our call without letting us complete our request.It was a mistake choosing Windsor for a stay.

I stayed in Mini club room and it was small in comparison to the amount charged (Rs. 2200/- in my case). No soap was there in the bathroom, only shaving kit & body lotion. Though, hotel is at 5-10 minutes away from Patna Railway station which makes it convenient to reach station. Club rooms are decent which I have experienced during my previous booking. Food is tasty though, specially chicken biryani.

The hotel is in first floor. You get tired to reach their reception if you have luggage. Their lift doesnt work from ground floor to reception. Water kettle in room stinks, not cleaned. Room floor is not cleaned. My room felt like some sticky substance is on it.Restaurant AC doesnt work. They serve cold chapatis.Good: They have big and smaller rooms, both sizes are available. Staff is courteous.

Hotel is located on main road in a very busy area with lot of offices and companies. You have to climb 2 floors to reach the hotel. Rooms are average in size and comfort and equipped with towels, tea sachets, kettle and toilet amenities like soap, shampoo, dental kit and shaving kit. They provided me separate twin beds even though I requested for big bed as I had a baby. Rooms service is quick and staff is courteous, although a tip is expected after they drop your luggage etc. Bathroom needs some renovation, as taps are old and basin is stained and broken. There is no separation from shower area and entire toilet gets watery. I paid for breakfast and it was a small spread with basic north indian and south indian items, nothing extraordinary. Overall, hotel is good for short business stay, but not a family holiday.
