A very bad experience. One should never prefer this hotel. After confirming they refused. Receptionist was not available and I was told by the watchman who was sleeping on the sofa in the morning at 6 am on 6/1/21. How come such people are allowed in public service??

They are having settings with decoration people, they didn’t allow decoration from outside and and his decoration people charge double money than market price and having poor decoration quality.

Orange Inn is one of the best hotels in kankarbagh area, patna. Parking space is nightmare here. Hospitality and food services are fine. But its not satisfy your value for money. Its too expensive. It is surrounded by market and connected with all types of transportation.

Good place to have small gathering and parties. Hall is not very large so if number of guest are more than 400 it will be difficult to manage all at a time. I booked this hotel in the 2nd week of August. Check-in process was smooth. The best part of this hotel is they have 24 hrs check out. Room was nice. Breakfast was not upto the mark. It was ok ok. Overall my experience at this hotel is good. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Parking is nightmare. Only one lift operational at that time although there is provision for one more. Barely 5-6 people can be accommodated in the lift. Space ideal only for a gathering of 50 people at most. Food is sumptuous.

This hotel/restaurant is located in my locality. I quite often visit their restaurant. Food quality is good compared to other restaurants in the town. Prices are on the higher side. That is okay if you case for good food. Staffs are good. Once they debited Rupees 2700 instead of Rupees 700 from my debit card. They refunded the money back only after I complained them regarding the same. Better check the amount carefully before paying. This is a general trend in restaurants because they think customers get conscious while paying and pay without checking. It happens regularly in upscale bars and restaurant. Question is why to get conscious at the counter? Its our money after all.

Personally, I have not entered this hotel. From outside, the building of the hotel looks nice and beautiful. I have heard many positive things about this hotel from my friends and relatives who have visited it. They also praised its food. It is located in a very rush area with roads in three major directions.

Not recommending for your events and celebrations. Staff lures you with all the guaranteed good experience but doesnt deliver it. Charges are high as per the facilities provided. Decorator guy is utmost discourteous. He even jokes and put sarcastic comments while having serious discussions . Hotel authority and decorators and rest other service providers have a vicious circle to take money out of your pocket. Hotel staffs make you think they are on your side but eventually its all dirty business and no customer satisfaction or such sort of things are taken cared of. Better plan early and go for marriage halls or banquets where you will be in-charge of all the happenings. You will find good caterers and decorators with all the required expertise at affordable prices.And finally, if you dont care for remarkable guest experience and money doesnt matter to you,just pay them and they will do whatever with their expertise.But not recommending at all with what I have faced with my family event.

Rooms are good and clean. Food quality is good. No parking space in case you are traveling by car. Lift dont make it to floors. They go to intermittent steps like in between 2&3 or 3&4. Stupid thing to have and an inconvenience for elderly and handicapped. Party hall is good.

I had booked the ceremony hall in it back in 2015.. it was good experience then... Yeah but the food quality has room for improvement... Its rooms are good.. though i didnt stay there for the night.. just stayed there for a couple of hours... We booked an Executive Room for our two night stay here. It was a terrific room, very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Up there with the best rooms weve had anywhere. The hotels main entrance is also on this side street by the way.Staff were welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent.We didnt eat in the main restaurant but did have a drink and food in the bar area.Overall we were really pleased to have chosen this hotel and would certainly book it again if were back in hOTEL ORANGE

This hotel i selected by reading good reviews and by seeing online contents, but when i reached yesterday i found out.BAD LOCALITY & NOT GOOD GOT TRAVELING WITH FAMILY.NO PLACE FOR OLA/UBER CABS TO PARK THEIR CAR.TV CONNECTIONS NOT PRESENT IN ROOM.PILLOW IS WITHOUT COVERS.ROOM POWER CONNECTION NOT PROPER.TOILET NOT MAINTAINED.ROOMS ARE SMELLY AND POOR HOUSEKEEPING.RECEPTION STAFF ARGUES AND JUSTIFY ALL OF THE ABOVE IS A BETTER EXPERIENCE FOR VISITORS.i have given feedback to the online partner as well.Overall please do not visit this hotel.

The building is stil under construction as on 2018, दो the staff are co-operative but their services are not upto the mark you would expect from this kind of an hotel. Left by oyo in the middle with their rep saying sir please book directly at the reception they will provide you the same rate. Hotel denied me sayin no rooms available. I stayed at Orange Inn many times earlier with another booking companies. In comparison to my earlier visits this time the room allotted to me was average. 2.5/5 *Room allotted to me at reception was changed to other because people staying earlier were not checked out till my check in time. 12:30 Approx. .. Hotel is good and safe but this time I was disappointed.

Party/ function hall on first floor is size wise okay. Food and ambiance is also ok. Staff needs more training.

It was a good courtesy and food was excellent, their boy staffs needs some training, how to communicate with their customer, and they seems, lethargic, need to more smart. The housekeeping girls were superb, doing their work sincerely. On 3rd floor, room door handle were broken, overall, it was a good hotel, very near to Rajender Nagar Railway Station.

We visited in September. The photos on Google are totally misleading because it is an Extremely unclean and ordinary hotel. The blankets were torn. There were pan spit marks on the wall. Old broken furniture. Only 1 socket for charging above bed that too was half broken. Noisy AC. The menu card in the room had tobacco or pan in it.. But we were glad that we OYO guys sorted out our problem and shifted us to a better one.

If you are in Patna near rajendra Nagar junction, this is the best option for you to stay in. Good food. Good aroma. I really liked being here.

My review is based on my experience in a wedding reception party in their banquet hall. ***Read my review before booking this hotel. The quality is very deplorable and I will give you solid reasons.1. Hotel managers are morons and fickle minded. Actually they are worthless and change their comment every hour.2. They have many hidden terms and conditions. So discuss each and every minute points. They want almost full payment even before they start serving food in the banquet hall.3. Food quality is the worst you will find. Everyone who ate had a dissatisfied review.a. Paneer chilly will give you a feeling of eating adulterated paneer.b. Gulab jamun is a waste. They served pieces of Gulab jamun.c. Soup is the worst you will ever drink. Im surprised if they know what a soup is.d. You ask them to have live tawa veg and they will show their foolishness by cooking a gravy mix-veg. I mean who the hell interpret tava veg as this.e. They serve cold litti with quality worse than any street side thela.f. Veg spring roll seemed like aaloo paratha cut into pieces. When you question they say-should these be crispy. I was speechless :Dg. Can write about each item but the truth is they dont have a level.4. They will keep on disappointing with their cheepness. Just to increase their plates count they will keep chowmin and chilly in main course so that even if people want to eat chowmin chilly their plate count will increase. Beware of this fraudulence.5. Lastly I feel whoever gave 4+ ratings to this hotel must either be their own friends and family or some paid accounts.

Food is good,room is good but room service is not good.I called reception 3times to fix TV but no one turned up,,and I asked for water at about 11p.m and I was told that room service closes at 11,but then water was sent through guard.
