Hi there,I was with my family there in Patna for few days and stayed here at Gargee for a night only. It was well executed and maintained. Also, the staffs were very nice and educated with their products knowledge.On the top at terrace they got the swimming pool which was very cute and having such a beautiful view from there.Definitely Ill visit again once I would have plan for Patna.

Good, quite place. If you want to avoide crowd, its a good place to go for coffee or lunch/dinner. Food is good too. Staff and service is great. Ambiance isnt too fancy but good.

Best hotel in Patna. The staffs seems to be well trained as they were very polite and cultured. Also that they hosted flag and invited us to be a part was very thoughtful. The breakfast buffet was just yummmm....all in all awesome.

Be careful with front desk people.We like the hotel stay but had bitter experience with front desk. They made us pay more by giving wrong information. We were booking for two adult and one child of nine years through goibibo at the hotel premises as that was cheaper with respect to onsite hotel price but front desk person compelled us to pay for three adults giving wrong information as the child age is more than six and since we were in hurry so we did as they said. Later when informed with the manager and goibibo they accept their fault but never refund the difference amount. Feel cheated but as we were on vacation and didnt wanted to spoil our mood. My only advice is be careful with these people they just want to mint money anyhow.

Must say, breakfast was awesome. 5 star rating for it. Room size is small, not carpet in room, even no rug/ provided. No iron boards, small bathroom too. Twin bed option is not good. In my ro even there was no window like a full window I had seen in other hotel like Panache.If you are getting basic deluxe room in 2500 or below 3000, go for it. Else it dosenot worth more than this.

Gandhali restaurant is a beautiful family restaurant in Hotel Gargee Grand. Food to ambience everything is lovely. Staffs are polite and quick in response.

Its a 4 star hotel but seems like 2 star.Rooms are very small and beds are tighter.Even toilet position is badRoom service is late.

Deluxe Rooms are very small (100sqft), kind of budget hotel in front of station. Premium Rooms are fine in its size(150sqft) and decoration.Bed Linen are clean, towels need improvement.Front staff looks tired, but able to resolve the query without smile. Other staff also need improvement in attitude and etiquettes.Breakfast spread was kind of 3star hotel. Taste was good and fresh.Overall Good Experience.

Very nice hotel in this Area of patna. The service are excellent. The staff i Hubble and quick, specially t reception. swimming pool is bit small in Area by it gives a private feel if your are alone with your family. The rooms are painted beautifully. washroom is very nice and bed i filled with too many cushions. they have flexible check In and check out time since they were okay with my early check In and late check out. Special thanks to Mr. Deepak for atmost care of us.

Staff service is very poor, you have to call many times for water or cleaning washroom, and when I checked out, the reception manager charged me falsely by saying that I have odered food by my home delivery, he even lied to me about the cost of mineral water to take extra money. I am highly disapointed with gargee grand staffs

Hotel Gargee Grand best place to stay in Patna. Hotel staff(front dusk officers) & specially Mr.Krishnendu made our stay so comfortable.Food was good. Strongly I recommend to others who are planning to visit PATNA, stay in Gargee Grand Hotel make your trip more memorable.

Experience was horrible at first but when we called the manager and pointed towards the lack pf services from waiters he acted promptly and got things corrected within minutes

Good 3 star hotel but space is a not sufficient campus should be a bit extra , also it is situated at exibition road very crowded and traffic loaded road.Location is still good near by patna railway station and very close to Gandhi maidan.hotel itc Maurya is more spacious with ample parking and also situated on broad road and Gandhi maidan is in front , with great view.

The food was Good and the hall was well decorated

What a management mess this place is!! I went to attend a function. The starters were served which you will see in pictures. 2 thin slices of paneer and two Dahi k kebabs. And after a round of service the waiters were standing like a statue in a corner. I can bet that they would not have used more than 1 kg of Paneer to serve starters for 50 people approx. Main course was just ok. Coming to the dessert Lauki Ki Kheer was frozen like and ice cream. And on the ice cream counter there was a Spoon 🥄 in the ice cream tub instead of a Scooper and people were struggling to get ice cream out of it. Even after continuous requests and reminders no improvement in the service.

The ambience of the hotel is good specially the swimming pool roof top option. The parking is not there but they have valet service. The restaurant has both buffet and Ala carte option. However, in the Ala carte the service is a bit slow. One bad thing is that they charge a service charge of 5%.

Booked banquet and few rooms, we had to wait 1 hour at reception. Staffs were trying to be polite but very unprofessional. Pay 500 for the each digital key that is refundable but still it looks rude. Keys were not working in first attempt, everytime you have to go to reception to activate the key. Lack of staffs. I heard Gargee as one of the best hotels but it was very disappointing. They alloted a single room in the name of double room in first go and were charging the same amount as double and were not ready to change. Distorted engagement cake. I have lot to say but cant explain here.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff is courteous and very helpful.Room Service was a let down. We went there during peak wedding season and its quite understandable that the staff might have been overworked..Location is also a bit strange and the room size is smaller than expected.Buffet spread was decent. This combined with staff courtesy and clean rooms (though small) compels me to give it 4 stars.

I went there for the first time and had family dinner on the 8th floor of Gargee Grand. It was a very amazing experience. The ambience was so good. Its an open area as well, so the sky view and the swimming pool added and extra touch to it. Jai Kishore and Murund were very supporting staffs.
