Deal with Tata employees for real data.Support is not good by Tata.About the site: Though its far away from tambaram, they tried their best to maintain the place and the brand of TATA. And I too went there for the brand name of TATA.Sometimes I regret, why did I opt that location (mainly because of the responses)

Lot of problems from security as salary not paid, so no security, electricity no line and distribution as said during sale, because of that when need to take electricity need to buy transform ers and poles erect cost need to bear, poor road construction , more than car load load vechicles cant bear that road, which is bad to proceed with construction, improper sewage connection, and no maintenance there, street lights most of the time short circuit. So more than than the land cost, other essential s to meet pay a lot more.
