Have used SLS for a number of years and have found them very good. We use them for some of our lab consumables. Particularly useful is there equipment service department. I have always found that if I need help finding out any information they are quick with their replies and are interested in gaining our custom, they are keen to gain feedback on any quotes they give out.

This company has got to be, hands down, the worst scientific consumables supply company in the UK. The slowest. Website never working. Send you the wrong items. And yet somehow they manage to fool universities into making them the preferred supplier, without asking the people at the bench, the people that need the correct items before 4 weeks.
