Staff behavior is not satistory,in the name of theraphy waste of money

Most expensive staff and proper equipment.

Worst experience ever. My dad uses Hearing aid of widex company. When I went there to service and device hearing check, they charges us for no reason as it was under warranty. We paid a good amount for the service which he is not supposed to take as per company policy. Even though they charged they didnt do the service and the problem was still there. I have to get it service from other state. They are just fooling customers to take advantage of their problem. A person who is using hearing aid they know how essesntial this thing is for them but this money minded people will never understand. I request to the company to revoke his dealership as they are putting the wrong name of the company.

Diagnosis is very poor.
