Very poor service no contact no is provided for rt PCR test no one is there to give the information.By going there they say no rt pcr test is done for covid,but on arogya setu app this is lab is indicated for covid test.

Very pathetic service. Extremely poor management at their lab front desk at R K Estate lab. There is only one person who do the billing, report management , payment collection & also do the sample collection. Even for giving a simple urine sample I had to sit for 1 hour. It was a very unpleasant experience.

No RT PCR Test is happening. Cant trust this lab, horrible situation of Hospital and lab in Bihar

Landline number is only for display. In 3 days more than 200 times I have called but it continue busy.

Pathetic Unprofessional service. Gave a sample for CBC 1st thing in the morning.Report was supposed to come by 2pm. Have not received the report till now. And no one has a clue either. The customer service is equally pathetic. No response , no callback either from customer service despite several calls .
