We came from 150kms to meet Dr. Ajay (saw good reviews on the internet). Dr. Ajay kumar is very rude and abusive. He kicked my mom and my sister just because they were asking questions (2 questions, why black patches on my mom’s leg and can she be vaccinated with high diabetic). This is the first time ever I have seen such an arrogant doctor. (date: 8th July 2021, time: 3:50pm to 4:05 pm cctv).

The way of talking of the staff is ridiculous. A person is going there for his treatment and these guys are talking like they are doing a free job for us. Disgusting

I wish I could give you 0 stars because the doctor here treats us as if he is treating us free of cost. Its my own experience, my mother is a diabetic patient and when she went there for her treatment, the staffs treated her rudely and after waiting for a long time, when we met the doctor he hardly gave us a minute and treated my old mother very rudely when she asked him to explain her the problem with her and not only that he shouted when she protested for more time. He wrote the required check ups (forgetting to write one as he was hurrying all the time) and the man took a handsome amount of money from her for the bill. When she went for the blood checkup the woman who was supposed to take blood samples was talking with her friends and doing the work very quickly. She later came to know that he forgot to write the checkup for kidney so she asked an assistant to ask the doctor to write it but he simply ignored her later after a long protest he brought a paper with the desired checkup and she had to repeat the entire process just because of the fast nature of the doctor.Such people should never become doctorsDoctors are supposed to treat their patients with a careful and gentle behaviour not like this, this doctor doesnt even know how to talk to women and he is very arrogant that his clinic receives patients throughout the country and due to this every question of the patient is replied very harshly, rudely and unrelated to the question.

I had been going there for my father treatment for 3 years and spent entire day per visit and observed that doctor is skillful and perfect for diabetic patient, he attains average 140-300 patients most of the day and thats the reason for huge rush over there and you get 1-2 minutes to interact with doctor, he treats according to your class, if you are poor then he will prescribe low price medicine in your budget,if he finds you rich then they will prescribe costly medicine, aswell their staff behavior is careless, really rude and disgusting, they behave like they are father of doctor Ajay,, if you are going there then be prepared for unimaginable experience, insulting behavior , careless attitude by each staffs, I request to doctor Ajay kindly try to improve your overall management if you seeing my review, I found Dr Ajay is highly recommended for dibetic patients.

Dr.Ajay is very experienced and knowledgeable but over the period he become businessman and he dont bother to talk patient about development of treatment of disease he has set practice to write medicine and that even from his own pharmacy if patient cured fine if not he doesnt have time to talk to patient and attendant. My experince with him is that he is still in his past and because of patient crowd he dont want to improve his practice and not even services. Staffs at his clinic is pathetic you cant see such gunda kind of staff in any of the hospital and clinic in the world. Basic rule of patient treatment is well behaviour with the patient so that patient shouldnt feel disharted which is bad for health ....this basic guidance is missing at Dr.Ajay clinic.Although doctor has good track record but seems he is more arrogant and doing only business now.The place like patna he might survive but not fit for medical fertinity.....he still need training or assistance from some more professional or experienced senior doctor.

Best physician in patna.Yes he is the one of the best physician in patna.My mother was in very critical condition..visited 2 top knowledgeable doctors in Begusarai but they just looted us.Nd finally got advised about Ajay kumar nd consulted him and just in 3 days my mother got well very fast.His fees was 700₹ and the he has their own test centres nd test was very cheap than other centres.The medicine which he given was very cheap price.I got the total medicine of 14 days in 900₹.Thanks to Ajay Kumar,he is like a god for me cz he saved my mother when i had lost the hope.May you live long Sir and god bless you.

Doctor may be knowledgeable but the patient handelling at his shabby and dirty clinic is of ghana standerds. He has a automatic appointment system but 200 patients are waiting at his door like beggers at any point of time. Staff talks with an aura of bihari goonda pointing out instructions in monosyllables.Overall a poor show with havy consulting fee of Rs 700 .
