As of now due to patient load a queue is formed starting at 4:30 ans at 7:00 am to 7:15 they start collecting the aadhar card and provide you token no upto 100 thereafter the registration and test starts at 9 and ends at 11 for 100 patients.Note there is a cap of 100 patients daily and at 800 per test.Caution: many people coming late try to enter the queue beware of that and not let them enter.The report is available after 24 hours.

Overall systematic and well managed.It is one of the oldest Lab in Patna which has been operating since 1965.Now it is doing RTPCR Test for Covid in collaboration with Govt. of Bihar.

I think this is best diagnosis ever I have seen in patna ..fully ac with noiseless facility... and also there is not much mob... receptionist are good mannered.. and all basic facilities are available..Also they give reports within 8 hours ...very neat and clean it is which attracts more..At last mere hisab se achha hai.

Went there before covid-19 era, good testing setup, professional collection staff but low communication skills. You need to ask questions for information which they ought to have given after collecting samples about report, time involved, Report type hard/soft copy etc.But they answer.

Also a Drive thru testing or minimal exposure testing methods should be implemented . Their current ways is really making testing scary and unsafe. Please make changes and start taking online bookings and appointments. That way our risk of exposure to virus will be least. currently they are asking to come at 5am to take just appointment. This is really really unsafe for getting test done . :( kindly start online appointments sen labs. please!!

Had i got an option to give negative rating I would have given that. This centre sucks. Its dreadful. These guys gave a platelet count of 40k and other reports of the sample gave 1.5l. The tension that prevailed in the family due to their sheer negligence is complete display of apathy and unprofessionalism, not to forget an error of more than 300%.
