Overall very good. Found this dental through Google Map. Therefore would like to share out my experience for others too. The place is clean. The nurse is helpful. The interior design good looking. Every tools and furniture looks new. They said they just here for one year. Doctor Khei very caring and lovely too. Price reasonable, not crazy expensive. SOP working quite well too. Before we met doctor we will be sanitize first and slipper is provided. Just in case anyone having doubt on the price, feel free to make a call to them.The only things I think can be improve is the time management for the appointment. And making me waiting there doing nothing for 30 minutes. Although that is a terrible experience. But luckily the overall experience and the caring doctor balance out everything to five stars.

The dental clinic is beautifully designed. The staffs are all nice and friendly. Thanks to Dr Khei, my dentist. She is friendly and she takes good care of her patients. She explains everything before the treatment so that patients understand whats going on. She also compares between treatment options and prices etc to help patients get a better view. ❤️

Very zen-ish clinic, with modern touch designed to break the norm of clinical horror into a more therapeutic ambience, which I think contributes alot to calm patients before their treatment. Dr.Jamie is a professional yet fondly down-to-earth doctor, whom always patiently explain everything to you to make sure you understand the process, the logic behind the dental science, and more. Her service was gentle and calm, it felt relaxed throughout the treatment. Highly recommended

Price may not be the cheapest, but definitely worth the extra money as the service are super B and the dentist lady (dr khei) is very gentle and attentive, 10/10 would recommend.

I went to Dr Khei a number of times for Cavity filling, scaling and also a consultation for braces. She was very patient, professional and upfront. The service was really good for the price paid.Very worth the visit, especially if you usually have a bad experience with dentists. Although they seem new, I can foresee that they will be bustling with customers as time goes on, as their service is excellent with fair pricing.

We have visited hello dental velocity for filling and cleaning for several times. Dentist is very patient, professional and friendly. Both of my kids don’t feel hurt at all during the treatment of filling. Definitely will come back for regular dental check up again.Good experiences there, Environment is clean, reasonable price. Would like to give you 10 star, the best dentist i could say.8th July 2021The first time my husband and i went due to i was having bad toothache since my lowee grinder have broken. Before this i have visited numerous dentist but then all gave up and keep telling me to go to GH for surgery because they dont have sufficient equipment to strike my teeth and they was all afraid since its near the main nerve. But experience with Dr Khei was completely a different level. She immediately took x ray and told me not not worry about the nerve and she immediately told me to proceed striking the teeth. The process went perfectly well, kudos to her assistant as well, she kept me calm during my minor operation.The staffs are very very friendly and the environment is superb. Overall the best ever dentist in Klang Valley. Do visit them if you have issues with your teeth. Price is also very reasonable as well.9th july,Surprisingly Dr. Khei WhatsApp me asking hows my condition and also told me to take my medication on time.10th july 2021Another suprise, and this time was a call from Hello Dental staff asking my condition. Excellent service and the clinic is really comfortable. Dr Khei and nurses was very nice with handling patient. Im quite nervous to do cavities filling due to past experiences however Dr Khei really expert at this. It doesnt feel hurt like before and im willing to go here again for regular dental check up. She also very helpful by explaining the procedure and it makes me feel ease.Recommended to call their clinic first for appointment before go for walk-in.

Dr Jamie is patient is answering all queries of her patient. My gum was bleeding, she asked a lot of question to identify the possible reasons, at the end she suspected that the problem is with my toothbrush, so my issue was solved after I replaced my toothbrush.Price is reasonable.

Had my first wisdom tooth surgery and root canal treatment here with Dr. Khei. She always put me at ease and is very clear and straightforward when explaining the procedure.Tbh I was so scared of the wisdom tooth surgery that I asked my friend to go with me. But then I was so relaxed during the procedure I think I could even fall sleep! 🙈So 2 days ago I had the last session for my rootcanal (placing of the crown) and so far no uncomfortable feeling! It actually feels like an original tooth.I highly recommend Dr. Khei and Hello Dental Clinic - Sunway Velocity. Prices are reasonable and affordable for the services they provide. Clinic is clean and cozy. Dentists and assistant/staff are all very friendly and helpful. I’ve only started getting treatment here since last February but now it feels like booking an apointment here has been an essential part of my monthly routine so will definitely go back. 🙈

Completed my entire braces treatment with Dr. Jamie from 2016 to 2019, and just had a scaling appointment with a Dr. Tan yesterday. Both of them are very thorough and try their best to put the customer at ease. Highly recommended. I feel very at ease here, and itll probably be my go-to dental clinic for a long time :)
