Very very late project. he takes money very fast but response very late .some times no reply till 5 days. Representative are not well maintained . Material supply & labour supply is very poor. Quality are so so. Can not be stand on A class category. In other way management is poor.

They are only concentrating on new projects.. They are not taking care of older project correctly.. Seriously no amenities.. no roads, community hall, parking area , streetlight , etc.. they have just built the flats.. that too several months delayed.. i got my house after 7 months of delay.. and for everyother thing they are charging like anything.. refrain from this ..

Economic and affordable Residence provider

Due to poor planning and mismanagement, residents of Vastu Vihar (Industrial area, Hajipur) are facing numerous problems. Even basic amenities (e.g road, street light, sewerage) have not been provided by Vastu Vihar. I think they focused only on new project and their construction works and refrain from their promise to provide a WORLD LEVEL TOWNSHIP. Only providing possession of house/flat can not abstain Vastu Vihar from providing all the facilities (including basic amenities) required for a complete township.As Vastu Vihar is a never ending project. In order to maintain goodwill of Vastu Vihar i would suggest Vastu Vihar to provide all the township facilities to residents of Vastu Vihar rather to wait for the completion of their project otherwise investors must think numerous times before invest in Vastu Vihar project. Hope you can understand it.

I booked a jayanti bungalow in vastu vihar........ The ideal home for a small to medium family. A wonderful exterior combined with a balance floor plan.

Very bad experience, once you associate with this group your never return back.so many wrong promises they are committed but never fulfilled.In short all project are in very litigation stage.Very limited bank ready to give finance facility.

A Fraud company. I booked my flat in 2010 in Hajipur and no progress. No corporate no customer care where you can contact.They have registered plot with full money and now instead of giving possession they were saying that there is some problem in land acquisition and its almost 4 years they are neigher responding nor contactable.If you have money to waist then please go with Manoj Tewaris fraud company Welcome to Baastu ViharHope Modi goverment will take some action with such fraud builder who are from BJP (Manoj Tewari)

I am very disiappointed with the project i have purchased with vastu vihar . I will suggest eveyone to stay away from this project . Nothing is systemic . No commitment is fulfilled . They even ask for more money against what is mentioned in agreement.

They are pathetic. Sub standard material, below standard man power and what you get in the end is a below standard house. I cant go back now but for others, please dont invest if you have not done so till now.
