I bought ASUS vivobook 14 flip TP series just 2 days ago from this shop..First of all I will share my experience regarding staff response, they are very less cooperative and make u fool with every details regarding products... Whatever they are telling , you have to accept it. They will not give any details description regarding products so that you can check it either manually or through online..Most of the product description they will give you just a brief one or highlighted one...If you have no idea about laptop , u must be get fooled or of course u will spend more money for that...Please be cautious and of course studied something before buying from this shop.Prices are very high for every laptop in comparison to online. So I will suggest you to go for online... Because of all these shop keeper , I will never promote vocal for local. Sorry dear..One more thing I will suggest you all guys, please Mahesh ji ( Baba ) se bach ke rehna.. He is the main dealing person.

The salesmen are crafty, they hide information about the product and sell it. When I visited the shop I saw some customer complaining that he wasnt informed about some of the softwares which he assumed in built with the system he purchased. The salesman answered him that he didnt asked about the particular software. They are just interested in sales.Me too had the same experience. They didnt inform about the operating system, anti virus and ms office. They even didnt told me about the extended warranty facility by the laptop company, which I missed. Now I have to get this done through service centre.An online purchase should have been far better. I didnt get the in person experience for which I visited the shop. I suggest to buy the product online.

Do not buy any laptop from this shop.You are going to regret it later.The customer service is worst.Worst in patna.Do not go .Please.They charge 6000/- for things which you can get done in 200/-.The shopkeeper seems to be very nice at first instance but is fooling you. will narrate two incident - I bought a laptop last month from this shop and they installed in it a pirated version of windows wherein they were supposed to give original version and because of that myy lappy isnot working and is continuosly in a not responding mode. Second incident- my sister went to this shop to get her lappy updated which needed a format.they told her that their is somr problem in hard disk and the keyboard has to be changed and for that they were asking rs 6000. But when we got it checked from somewhere else the lappy had no such issue.They just focus on making bills and provide defected products.Cheaters.Bloody liars And that bloody shopkeeper whose face sucks.Wish I could give stars in negative!
