Horrible customer service. Would never recommend!

Been going here for years. Friendly experienced staff and always quick to give you an appointment.

I just had Balayage done here for the first time in a long time, and it is perfect. Laraine really listened to what I wanted and has fulfilled the brief and more! Super happy, will definitely be back.

They arent interested in gaining new customers. Called up to make an appointment for some highlights. They said Id need to come in for a consultation. No problem.Then they say I would need to go in for a consultation and then return back on a separate occasion to actually get it done. Who has time to do this? All I want is some highlights. If they dont want my money Ill go somewhere else. Unhelpful and difficult.

Laraine and all the girls are so friendly and welcoming and they really know their stuff! I had a cut and colour and my hair has honestly never looked better. Can’t wait to try out the beauty department next!
