I wish I could give negative review. Very pathetic service. Staff behaviour is very rude. I visited lab for dexa scan and did the payment through card but suddenly dexa machine stopped working due to technical fault. They said it will 2-3 days to get the machine working. I simply asked for the refund and they started their Nonsense drama. They said we will refund you but it will take 15 days. i asked give me in writing that you have initiated the refund but they refused. I asked for their manager but they said no one os allowed to talk to manager. They will inform account department and refund will be initiated. Its been 5 days and I havent got the refund yet. Now they are not responding on phone also. My hometown is 300km away from patna and its not possible for me to go there and stay for few days to get the refund. Now I am left with no choice but to file a police complain which I will definitely do. Guys, be aware of such incidents before going to hospito india next time.

Very bad experience. They are seating Only for money . There reports are very bad . They are unable to find any things. Doing here any kind of test may be u r going to loose pasiant.

Test that are done: MRI, CT Scan, X Ray, Ultrasound, Color Doppler, Echo and Pathology is available.Well if doctors were punctual I would have given 4 star. Doctors here are always late and carry an attitude jisko nhi rukna fees wapis kr do statement by Dr. Y R Kapoor. So time management is very poor here.

Eyerything is nice but we came for ct scan before that we have to do blood test they told report will come after 1 hr but we waited 2 hr 30mins report didn:t came then we talk to them politely but they started arguing specially the ladies staff at blood test counter . Now they told to wait 1 hr more.still waiting........😡😡😡

They are fraudsters, I got MRI done on 1 March 2021, Everytime my MRI had taken 30-45 mins, but this time they have done it in 8-10 mins.Also, I consulted all the doctors , and all of them said that this report is not accurate. Now they are not ready to listen and saying DO WHATEVER YOU WANT . I am going to file a case on the management and hospital if my issue is not going to be resolved as this is the matter of life.

Bad doctors and bad experience. For a simple ECG test they made us wait for two hours and then when collecting report said the test needs to be repeated, come two days later.Two days later they again made me wait for an hour.

Today I visit here for my medical pre checkup ..I went to reception counter and told the reason bt they advised me to consult with doctor bt I said I have no problems Next week my medical checkup will conduct in 6 ASC Mumbai and I want a pre medical test ...All members behaviour is too good ..and Charges is also normal ...👍👍

Time taking. Keep 3-4 Hours for the test to be done. Reports can be collected in evening only or next day by evening.

Worst services.You have to wait 3 hrs. For MRI.Staff behavior is very rude.AC is not working .when asked to staff, they replied :what can I do?Never go to Hospito India.Mismanaged by managed person.No one here to listen your problem. Also see the pic of drinking water facility.

A good centre for all types of tests. They help me to get my report earlier as I needeed to travel. Clean and hygienic, with all the latest facilities available.

Poor management, person who sit on counter doesnt even know about the MRI test and its price.I visited there on Saturday and asked about Ls spine and si joints MRI cost the lady informed me 8500 , on Monday I visited there they took 12500 for the same test. I informed the guy that u were supposed to charge 8500 only he replied itna hi Lagta h jama karna h toh kijye ( I complained ths on MRI room they said they will return some amount, just imagine what will happen to new patients)Management- They will call you at 8 am for the test and counter will open after 9 pm.( Imagine someone having fasting test).In the Corona pandemic situation u have to be in a single queu without social distancing, single window so u have to wait for a longer period of time with other people standing neck to neck.Doctors are getting heavy commission from this lab, ( I dont have problem from this if u provide better facilities)And yes never call on his contact number coz nobody is there to pick ur call.

Their timing is 8 am to 6 pm but staff of this centre do not come on time. They start working after 9 am only.

I am sure investigation report even not seen by radiologist, only technician produce it, as I have to go for MRI again in Other centre. Very casual behaviour of staffs. As I came first in the morning but I have to wait 2 hours because 2nd patient got staff reference or staff got some tip. Just waste for money, any abc MRI centre is better than Hospito India.Further surprisingly no locker or patient gown. I came here because of good impression about investigation but very unprofessional management.Hope you may improve and don’t expect your useless copy-paste reply.

Very pathetic experience. Staff present there is not supportive. No drinking water facility. Toilets were not clean. Behavior of the X-ray technician was not professional. First he was not there for around 2 hours and then he started arguing. That should not be expected from Hospito India staff. No manager was there whom I can ask. Only they worry about the money not the service. I recommend not to go there for any kind of tests, we should find some alternative.

Good place for various tests. But they seems to be a big TAX Looters. They are collecting more than 3lakhs daily from patients and only in CASH needless to hope that they are showing the same in real account books. Even today they strictly work only in CASH. Dont expect any other payment systems other then CASH. Always remember for MRI they will charge you 8000 they will ask you to pay only 5000 as a fee at registration counter but at the time of MRI they will ask you for contrast injection of 3000 extra and this happens with all clients. I myself experienced 3 times.

Every says its one of the best for CT scan N Ultra Sound n even Doctors recommend here. But the the staffs from guard to cashier are very non courteous n ill behavioured . The Doctor Who does Ultra sound comes at 9 AM holding filled bladder becomes too painfull for patience.

Hospito is one stop destination for all the radiological needs. With the finest team of radiologists, they are probably the best in Bihar/Jharkhand combined. One can get their x-Ray, CT scan, MRI etc done here. Recently they have also started their pathological lab.

I wish I could give it -1000 star.. worst place pathetic services, very rude staff members.. they made us run here and there for reports and in the hour of need we kept running with patient even then all the staffs of hospito India were so unhospitable they were talking to every patient in a very bad manner.. listen people from hospito India you are not giving anyone free services every body has paid you a fat amount for these tests its just they are in need and worried for their patient. I dont recommend this place to anybody.. guys invest your time and energy at some other useful place.

For MRI they will charge you 7500 they will ask you to pay only 5000 as a fee at registration counter but at the time of MRI they will ask you for contrast injection of 2500 extra and this happens with all. When u asl for the injection they will show you of the price of 4200+ although only 700 of that same dye is available which is of popular and of top brand. They are just making fool of poor people. Very poor service, no one to attend your queries, people will keep redirecting you wherever, no queue facility, anyone can anytime barge in and get things done and its too long and tiring, even staff is rude and has no sense of talking l, abuses the patients and their guardians. Dont need queue just come in whenever if you have contacts. Strongly not recommended.

This place is good for blood group determination.............To reach this place you have to reach west boring canal road from where you can enter the road near to shiva chappan bhog and from there you have to continue and after that you can turn left continue till the next exit and there turn right...............................................For the medical checkup you can go directly to the first floor and contact the person over there.......................It is open all the days but it may be closed on the day you are visiting so 0lease contact the hospital firstand the visit and make sure to eat the golgappas beside the hospital as they are very delicious..............................

Hospito India - Very bad laboratory. Horrible service.My Dad got TMT done there and due to the stressful running on the treadmill, he suffered a major heart attack in next few hours. While doing the TMT, the patient kept saying to stop the treadmill but the lab technician didnt stop and asked him to run more until he almost collapsed.These people should be sued for their careless behaviour.
