Looking for a very nice sport collection under one roof? This store contains of two floors is your correct choice. I found several brands with many choices of fashion, sports, comfort and daily clothing, accessories and shoes. The staff was friendly and helpful and gave good advises and excellent recommendations for choosing the best shoes for the gym. I compared Addis prices with the official website and I found it the same. Also, the store has his own website and they have really good sales and flash deals too.

While the shopping experience and the products/prices itself are good, the area at the entrance of the store, near the outside steps is always untidy and strewn with rubbish and trash.Also, I have noticed that the store has some really good collection of merchandise, but they never seem to have most of the items that I see on the SSS App. This has happened quite a few times. I have no problem ordering online, but it would always be better to physically see the items, especially shoes, before buying because size variations are involved. Some models 8 size fits well, and some models 8.5 fits well.

I applied for a return and exchange request, next day Aramex came and picked up the returned item and then it started, more than one month and still going (19th of August 2021 was the pick up ) till date I didnt get back my money.I sent them endless emails, messages, I even called many times, their reply was that the item has to be retuned back to their ware house first, to check the item’s condition and then they can proceed on my request, either to refund money or exchange the item, I had only one question, since I am ( the customer ) do not have any choice or a call for your internal policy and I did not choose the way of return, I just follow your system so, WHAT THIS HAS TO WITH ME ?????? And why You did not mentioned that This process can take a year, and for how long I have to wait ? No replies after and so on.They are liars, so poor & aggressive customer service, so much not professional, they are the worst, they only know how to take money but refund you simply cannot do anything about it.

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING ONLINE.1. Their online website inventory is not updated. Even if the item is out of stock, the order will still be processed and your money will be deducted.2. If the item is available, and if the order is processed, should you wish to return, please note that your money will not be refunded till the item is received back. Very big standalone store near a very prominent Supermarket. Also a lot of restaurants around nearby. Faces the sea. Lots of brands in store.They have two floors with the ground focusing on men and the upper floor for women, kids and extreme sports. Best to go during their sale season.

I’m so disappointed. Ordering so easy to check out. But if you returned the items, it will take time. Even they received the returned items, they will emailed that you have ewallet card number and the pin and telling can be used in online and any retails store but unfortunately that’s not true. You cannnot used it in any retail store and cannot be used in online even.I’m emaling and chatting online with them. But nothing happened. Still waiting for the refund😤😤😤

Positive things:- 8 brands are sold here ( nike, timberland, Adidas, under armour, vans, Reebok, puma & Colombia ).- a good mixture of clothing & accessories.- specialized in sports only.- good & affordable prices.Negative things:- 8 brands arent enough, needs more brands to choose from.- small variety is chosen from these 8 brands, so many styles arent found.- unfriendly place for handicapped people: no suitable entrance, from both sides of the place.

It took one month for delivery and some of the items are the wrong size compared to what was ordered. White sneakers have a small stain on them before even trying it on.I followed up many times. Customer service and communication is poor.Good variety of products.

They dont answer the phone at all poor customer service

The online shop is awful. I ordered something 17 days ago and there is no update on delivery. They have taken money out of my account for the items. You can only live chat with someone in customer service and not over the phone. When I asked about the status, they said it will come, but they dont know where it is right now ( I received an email saying it had been shipped over a week ago). I have had no replies from SSS to any of my emails concerning this and now I am beginning to think I will not be receiving the merchandise I paid for. It is much better if you just go into the store and purchase the items yourself, that way at least you know you have them in your hand.

Very bad experience I ordered online and I received wrong items from 5 days and until now they didn’t even update the order status to can exchange or refund and I contacted the customer service and they have nothing to do just wait for 3-5 day and a3 days wait to 3-5 days more

Do NOT purchase online if you’re outside of the UAE, they say 14 days, it will take at-least ONE MONTH!!!I have sent for them to take the shoes and refund me, they did eventually and my refund request has been pending ever since mid December 2020 for a mistake that they have done!Every time I reach out to anyone for an update they tell me they’ll get in touch “soon” and “soon” drags on to days and weeks without any update!!Shame on you!!! ❌❌❌❌

I love the shop. They have a great collection of shoes and other sports wear/equipment. The only issue is I struggle to find shoes in my size. They dont have any of the bigger sizes such as size 12.5(47) or 13 (48). Other than that, its a pretty amazing shop.

Regarding good customer service Im pretty sure,the sand and suns salmiya branch team has a zero grade when it comes to good customer service. I dont understand, why they are not giving a genuine importance to their customers needs. seems the staffs are just playing with their customers. They are not helping their customers. one of their customer yesterday oct.5, 2020 is so serious asking their assistance of the shoes size for exchange but noboday Is helping him, what the staffs did is they keep telling the customer go there sir and get what you want! is it a proper way of serving their customer? how come the management is tolerating this kind of behavior of their staffs? the customer was really upset and sad for his shopping experience.
