Very poor service and arrogant staff behaviour.. really disappointing. If youre hoping for a home delivery then sorry to say my friend, youre at wrong shop.. extremely poor service.. moreover they used to have quality and variety but now they only have few variety of cakes, high prices but good quality.. better to go to other monginis shop rather than coming here.. they kept me waiting since 2 pm for confirming home delivery. Then asked me to come and pick the product after 3 calls.. when i reached after 15 minutes, they said stocks over.. and when i said Im calling since 2 pm he started arguing that you just called.. very improper behaviour.. highly disappointed. I wont recommend this shop to anyone..

My only concern is that I order a cake white forest and you send me a very different cake which was very good but my concern is that The person who like white forest onlyDid not get at the time And had to adjust some other cake!mood spoil
