The hotel, as the manager said, is under renovation. The room which I was allotted had such a bad AC that temperature could not be changed. Toilet cistern did not work. Toast served in breakfast was not good quality bread. It may have been a good hotel (Madhuban) and a restaurant but not at present.

Though It has taken then name of Famous Moti Mahal ..it serves ok ok butter chicken

Food was good. But payment options really sucks. Card payment, Paytm, bhim, upi all unavailable. It really gets worst at payment by others means except cash.Its cash only hotel

1. Generally a good restaurant for a place like Mathura where good restaurants are hard to come by.2. The 3 star is however due to a horrendous experience regarding home delivery. The delivery boy at the time of delivery asked for something extra because my place was out of their 3km delivery radius. This however was not informed to me at the time of placing the order. When i called up the manager...one Mr B K Singh...he tells me to do some Seva Pani to the delivery boy. Its amazing how good restaurants with poor staff can earn a poor name. Never ordering again.
