The Jayaindra Residency in itself is a good appartment dwellling. But the locality is absolutely poorly located. Surrounded by dirty and muddy areas. Opposite road there is a half complete abandoned janta flat, and is occupied by illegal occupants with all kinds of nuisance going on. Police keep visiting those buildings for one or the other reason.
