Work is good but should have basic business ethics .Even after 3 hours of continuous sitting not asked for water or tea or coffee...

I am regular customer here. I always visit here for my haircut. I mostly prefer an employee named Pramod. Hes very skilled and attentive of how I want my hair to be cut.👍🏻

Excellent service given by Kaajal.I visited the salon today for a facial and pedicure and was very satisfied with the result. She explained me the entire procedure and kept checking if the pressure was fine. She also made sure to tell me the name of each product that was being used on my skin and gave some useful tips! Definitely a 5 star service and Id visit again for sure.

I have visited this place twice for haircut, the first experience was good, the person who had cut my hair was attentive and did a good job. I was happy hence I visited second time. However when I went there again, the same person was not found.The second experience was very bad. I dont know the name of the boy who had cut my hair, but he had highlights so you can recognise him easily. He didnt listen to my requirements and gave a totally different style to my hair, inspite of instructing him again and again. Disappointed

Behaviour of the technicians is good the the manager I met today was horrible, Hospitality to door ki bat hai he doesnt even know how to talk. Very upset, wont visit this place again.I wish I could write a reply...so editing my previous review... Please read my review and your reply again...I never mentioned about getting priority..it was your behaviour which was very rude. Anyways..its your business and your wish to improve upon customers review or show them that you are right.

If you are going for makeup dont go there highly unprofessional. Theyll put makeup like aisan paint booked appointment for sis.my biggest mistake i should see the review first before booking this unprofessional salon.

People are not giving their 100%. Their owner alwayz asking their employees to do hurry as the place is quite small.Ladies section is very unprofessional and not providing full service. Facial service is very poor.. this is my last visit to this place and wil never recommend to anyone.

I was happy that there was a beauty parlour just next door to the hotel but I was very amazed to know the prices for a city like Patna.... anyways I did decide to go and get my hair done for the main day of the wedding as I was staying in the hotel for a wedding .....the staff was very nice and helpful but I would not call them professionals who have been doing hairstyles for weddings, probably they did not give me te correct person to do my hair... just for a haircut and blow dry they were charging thousand rupees but I took the package so she gave me 750 rupees for the same and just for applying lipstick she charged me 250 rupees I felt it was a ripp off because I did not get what I wanted probably if I was happy with the work I wouldnt mind paying even that much

I had very costly facial here and lots of other services...Service man/woman advised me some facial other than what I chose which was more costlier..I went with their suggestion and so I expected a very high amount bill at the end And it was as expected ..But didnt expect these many ACNE on my face next day ..which was my wedding day...not even any glow or any effect.It was just a wastage of money only for brand name.I will suggest people go any where known parlour ..brand doesnt matter..only money and service effects does matter here.

My daughter got her hairs straightened there, they actually ruined her hair like anything. Hair wasnt smooth like before and really dry damaged and frizzy. Poor service given for fortunes. A big 👎Plus she revisited it for getting it sorted. They affirmed theyll fix it after a few weeks as straightening is a damaging process but when she went at last, the owner just brushed it with a flat brush and told no need to do straightening procedures, just get spas. Even spas couldnt make it up now. Yes, Im talking about Habib beside Yellow Chilli, Patna.

Geyser isnt functional.Owner is rude and cleanup is not at all relaxing as they do it on normal chair and men always barge into the room.On top of it no washroom for men and has a common unhygienic washroom of a 30yrs old delapidated building.Would never go again!!!

I felt the customer service was the worst . I don not know why people apply their own brain. I asked him to cut my hair..simple just a little choping..but he applied his own mind and gave me layers...!! I wanted to colour my hair so i asked him the given shade..first time ..it was in a lighter shade and the second time it was darker.. i am so sorry but really poor service.. and they billed me 5000 ..so i m really upset.

One of the worst Habibs of India. They have air con but they dont turn it on. Saying that customer inflow is minimum. Their staff is ready to fight you. I was pushed out of the salon by the lady owner. She brought 4 people from outside(most probably their goons) and started to threaten. I never expected that after I put one negative review, theyd stoop so low that they themselves start to give them 25 star to get their fake ratings up. And spam 1star rating..Edit 1: i dont have a personal grudge sir. But showing you what happened to me that day. Your wife needs some shoving up to do. Also your own reviews on your page is just too good. You gave me no solution. Is there any? With you?
