Worse experience,FAKE MI service centre..only delay work,staff is not professional,it is FAKE MI service center,i know because MI customer care says that it is FAKE service center..

I had been to another places also but this branch is neat and clean with every thing proper.Fast and quick service, Polite and well behaved Staffs. Spacious service centre. needs maintenance, as coffee machine was not working over all time of review can also be reducedI am fully satifacation and all staff are very very behaviour & fast repairingFor any service center, customer service is the first thing that I look for and they are good.Interestingly, both the time my has been repaired in the local mobile shops.

The people here helped me with quick turn around service when I was here to change my data cable. They are very friendly and doing a great job.

Ill give zero star but there are no options....these service centre is pathetic and mannerless staff in there spclly name of shiv....shiv is must learned a some manners and how to treated customers...he is doing unprofessional behaviour.....and then he is taken more money compare than actual prices....cheaper and cheated people....plz close your service centre soon.....!!!

Even one star rating is much much more they should exect but I cant rate it less than this.Had worst experience, poor service, they always conplain of not having accessories in the store and most importantly very rude servicemen who dont deserve to be there.

Newly opened MI authorized service centre. the service was quick . there was not much rush. my problem was solved within an hour.

The staff behaviour was initially satisfactory. However later they started with their original colours. They took unserviceable mobile set inside and came back with an answer that it cant be repaired due damaged sim slot. I asked to show me the damaged parts. He replied they dont have so much spare time and we may go to another centre. Wow what an reply...... pathetic response

Their behaviour was very very bad..... service time taken was good but other than that nothing was appreciable.... surely I would not go at their center from next time and I will advise others to visit different service center in patna as they are a lot better ...Also they seem clueless and seems to me a bunch of uneducated and ill mannered people... really disappointed with them..

Very pathetic service, poor tired staff, staffs didnt treat the customer rather they were moving from their seats. Very unprofessional people sitting in the service station. The service station has four counters but only on two counters the customers are attended. I strongly dislike the staffs behaviour and the atmosphere of the service station.

Pls dont visit here guys if you dont wanna waste your money,they are cheaters who will just want money and their service is the worst.
