I have booked Lakme for my bridal service . They have done incredible job . From makeup to dress up , everything was perfect . The make up was natural .

Yesterday evening I visit saloon with my daughter and request hair straight and manicure/pedicure because she was going boarding school after lockdown periods,I explain everything to a ladies staff of saloon and she asked me come after four hours,I come again to pickup of my daughter but vert dispointed to see that only hair straight is doing and manicure/pedicure is not done,The ladies of saloon is asking for we forget this work,Our family is a regular visitor of Lakme saloon but this time we are very dispointed to see thier poor service,I observe following also ;The saloon is on first floor and I found some bad element type people is seating on staircase and also no proper lighting in staircase,The atmosphere of saloon is very undisplined and not up to mark as a reputed Lakme saloon,She doing my daughter hair straight because that is high value service but forget manicure/pedicure because that is low value service,

Lakme dakbunglow have amazing artists with extraordinary work and are highly recommendable. They work with perfection and quality . Kudos!

We booked Lakme for my fiance make up for our engagement and makeup done by lakme is worst. We paid 10,000 rupee and they didnt even used proper makeup products.Staff of lakme who are responsible for makeup are not even trained one and they dont even know what to use for particular face type.I would suggest lakme to really look into this store so that people should not get exploited.

Bridal makeup by Ms Poonam was just beautiful. It made my big day more special. It was a wonderful experience and makeup was done on time. Hair do was done by Mr. Rajeev for white gown and Mr Rahul for lehenga which was just superb. The staff of this place were also very warm and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Worst experience ever..Have booked 6 months prior still there were more than 100 brides on the day of booking no proper management..I have booked the highest price bridal makeup still the makeup was coming out after one hour..The place was crowded like fish market..Almost 100 of girls were there and all were facing the same issue.And one thing more instead of priortising the brides they were doing the party makeup also..They just need the money nothing else..I have booked Swati prior 6 month and on the day of makeup they told she is not there..Totally disappointed..wasted my money.

This salon is go to for any bride in Patna and is very popular. I had opted for bridal make up and services on 06 February 2017. They are professionals and not all have same skill. The final make up look it totally depends on who does your makeup.When I had booked that time I had discussion with Ms. Swati , I was of assumption that she will do my make up but I was wrong. On the wedding day I didnt even see her . Other professionals handled everything very well.I was not fully satisfied with my make up. I could not help but compromise .you cant really ask them to redo everything. I had opted for airbrush package which costed me nearly 20k . The make up was very very heavy. Though it looked good at that time. But I wish they had toned down . After 2 hours its became patchy,caky everything.

I booked them for my engagement makeup and had a horrible experience. Firstly they didnt even contact me for outfits picture or anything, Then on the function date when I called them to confirm when their artist is coming then they took 2 hours to decide who is going and visited my venue so late. I booked makeup from an expert and they send a trainee, the makeup she did, that didnt even last for an hour. I booked then after reading all the google reviews, but I think all the reviews are fake or they fired all their best MUA.

Got my wedding and reception make-up done from here. The makeup was amazing and exactly how I wanted. Ruhi worked hard on the entire look. There was a little flaw in the hairstyle on the wedding day and few strands were coming out but the reception look was perfect. The staff is very friendly and cooperative.

I went here for my bridal makeup on 2nd March,2020.There is no value of customer here. They booked too many appointments on the same day and were not even able to handle them. I was standing in queue with my half makeup done for my hair do. I had to literally beg the stylist to help as i was already delayed for my wedding party. This happened with most of the brides that day. They even committed for party makeup for my sister and sister-in-law and were not even able to complete that.I even took the pre-bridal package from here and it was even worst. They offer something termed as Bridal Consultancy which is just for name sake. I had already discussed with the makeup artist 2 day prior that i want eye lenses. On day of my wedding they did my eye makeup and later on said that they forget to put the lenses and that can not be done post eye makeup.If you are bride to be i highly recommend NOT OPTING FOR THIS SALON.
