Once I visited their show room to purchase bike. Even we were interested in purchasing bike but they were not interested in selling bike and ignored us and their staff behaviour is very bad and they are irresponsible towards their work. That was my last day to visit their showroom. That day quit the idea to purchase Hero bike because of their irresponsible behaviour.

Very crowded place. Service is not good, you have to spent one day to get your bike ready and next day for documents(original invoices and insurance copy). Please check everything before leaving because sometimes they used defective parts in new bike specially plastic items like dome of headlights, side panel and rear mudguard. Please check carefully each and every parts and accessories of your bikes before leaving showroom.

Worst staff and worst management team. They dont have any process and not valued your time. They have wasted or i can say killed my 1.5 days time to do all the documentation to handover the bike. They always asked money in cash and dont want to accept through card or online mode. If you are paying through card then you have to pay 2% extra.

You can get what you what you want. But I m not sure about deal but about products. Staff behaviour of showroom is good bt in service centre they not good. I have a incident. I bought hero xtreme 160r recently and then serviced it at there. They tampered my bike fuel injection and pretending that it was broken from the beginning. And then they behave like idiots. I personally dont recommend its service centre because I had the worst service experience in life.

When i ask for price of scooty she tell me ask to sales executive please dont appoint this types of employees. Now iam purchased scooty from prema honda because of her. Very bad service.Guys never buy vehicles from chandan.Naam bade or darshan choote.

Got defective scooty and also Chandan service centre did not resolved my issue. As my carburettor was not in good condition, scooty always turn off during ride even in high ways. But they did not service properly. All my 5 free service done by Chandan but issue does not gone. I recommend not to buy from this showroom near Rajendra nagar bridge patna. Try somewhere else, as we buy bike with our money n hard-work.
