Have ordered from here for last 3/4 years. Always liked and thought food was ok especially salt and chilli chicken wings. Well had family over and raved bout this lovely Chinese and guess what. Dissapointed Dissapointed Dissapointed!!! Have anything other than salt and pepper chicken wings and your gonna struggle for heat, flavour and taste. Tried a few dishes that were supposed to be spicy and they were about as hot as my 30min cup of tea. Sorry yo china, you have had my business and that of my family and friends for almost 10 years. Every dish that is supposed to be hot or spicy is mild and bland. I have chosen a new spot now but it is a shame as I was a regular valued customer. . Move on of you want spice or stay if you wand something mild.

I order from them regularly..I would say I have tried alot of takeaways in my time but these guys are one of the Best chainees takeaway in Wolverhampton!! The food is outstanding clean fresh..they always variety to chose from on the menu and staff are very nice helpful nothing is to much and delivery is always on time..just 10/10 love this place😊👍

Its OK wouldnt go regularly I ordered chips and curry sauce and they put grease proof paper in the bottom of the tray had to pick it out my food?? Strange

Half our order was missing and the restaurant lied and said they had sent it. No refund and no replacement. My food went cold whilst I drove to another restaurant to get my wife’s meal from somewhere els. Shocking service, awful food.

Called for a delivery at 8.20 its now 10.30 and still no food called the resuarant twice and twice they have told me 5minutes for delivery would not recommend this place

Food is fantastic here, but slowly getting more & more expensive in some cases as much as £7-£8 per meal... fine if you can afford it but most cant

Unhappy with todays meal and having to go through just-eat to get a refund as the manager would only refund for the 1 item we see the issue in and its put us of the whole meal. usually have no problems its a shame !!

I love this place only thing I don’t like is the gravy but that’s just my personal opinion, but it’s fresh food all the time and polite staff

Food always late, last time over 2 hours and they said it had been delivered when it had not. Person on phone and did not help at all. Will never order from this place again. If I could give no starts I would.

Take away should be fast and convenient not a 3 hour waiting time for food to be delivered. 7pm order 10pm delivery.Its your move yo China to make this right because you lost another customer due to your poor service.

They messed the order, took over an hour to rectify. The manager was rude and unwilling to compensate even after admitting they messed up and understanding why I was annoyed. She blamed the trainee, but trainees make mistakes as they are learning. It was her job to rectify not blame. She said shed give me the £2 delivery charge, however purposely gave me £1.70, petty and disappointing.

Food takes forever to come and this is definitely not the first time. It takes over an hour every time.. really disappointed as its now nearly 10pm and we havent eaten. We ordered just after 8pm. Shame because the food is amazing!

Order from here often but when i ordered today my order came with no chips and i was probably the last order and it showed in the food. I went there the shop was shut but they were cleaning opened the door and i explained to be told i could have some fries the lady went in the kitchen then came back to then turn around and say theres nothing they can do they are shut now so a fast change of mind there. I asked for a full refund as cant eat just rice and chicken balls so it ruined my whole food then they asked me to go get the food and take it back and was willing to wait for me to do that but not willing to make me some chips :/ you should always check the food before it is sent!!

As my request the food was made accordingly. i love the hot and sour soup its very tasty.i tried char sui bun´s for the first time its soft and very delicious and also the chow mien

Absolutely shocking this place is! Always order and never deliver and do not tell you. Ordered food from here and they gave me the wrong thing and said i can redeem a free meal but then i call up and now they say they can only give me two pound off. When i called up the manager lied and said she was not there then said i was lying as they did deliver my food.Stay away from this awful place, absolutely shocking place.

Great Food and very polite, unsure on other review, have always been happy with my food and service, we enjoy a Chinese Chicken Curry made with chilli and theirs is spot on, Salt and Pepper chilli wings and chips are always on form.

Delivery times are a complete joke, over 45 minutes late and this is not the first time this has happened. That was the final straw for me unfortunately.

Was told food would take just under 40 mins. Arrived after an hour of waiting with the wrong order. When called back they said they would not correct it as they misheard and would take another hour with another £2.00 charge. Food was cold and I am not pleased.

Tasty but service is poor

Placed a order with these and the food came wrong An came as lemon chicken instead of chrispy chicken my child is allergic to lemon chicken so I phoned up told them food was wrong I explaind my child was allergic to lemon chicken an they said its not there fault so whos fault is it if I asked for crispy chicken ??

Awfull service, ordered a 5.50 was told 7.00 for delivery, rang at 7.15 told another hour still no sign at 8.15 was told another 45 minutes, cancelled the order. Staff were rude and unhelpfull. Avoid at all costs.
