Harilal is known as a brand when it comes to food quality.Pretty chilled out place. The food was tasty and potions were filling as well. Here you will get everything from snacks to desert. The service was very prompt and professional. Definitely a must visit if you are in Patna and a true vegetarian. Will definitely visit again.

Crowded in the evening but sweetmeats are top notch. Not so much for samosas and chat as they can be a little heavy on your stomach. However, people flock to this place as it is seen to be more hygienic than the street side vendors.

Having spend a decade in Delhi I have always tried to find authentic chole bhature and bedi puri. My search got over after roaming around for an year. Perfect place and ambience. Situated on main road but away from hustle bustle of the city. Superb sweets and snacks items. However I am tempted to take main course items and relish my taste buds. Hoping not to have a set back. Harilal Sweets has multiple branches in Patna and here I am writing about their branch in West Boring Canal Road in Patna. Let me write my review with respect to Covid precautions, Pros, Cons and miscellaneous. Also let me tell you that this place very crowded so online order is better in Covid Times!!!Covid-19 Precautions:1. I observed too much negligence with respect to the Covid-19 guidelines.2. They have put a sanitizer at the entry of the gate but its just to show. They will not ask you to sanitize nor they will check your temperature before entry.3. There was mix of Staffs with some wearing Masks properly and some with out mask.4. No social distancing inside the Restaurant and I dont expect that to be present especially at these kind of places.Pros:1. They have a good variety of sweets and Snacks.2. The taste is better than Haldiram in Patna and similar to Bikaji in Patna.3. We tried kaju katli, kaju strawberry, anjeer, kaju lotus, pinni and they were awesome. However they use the kesariya colour in excess on these sweets which taste salty and also makes hand dirty . This was a mood Turner though.4. They had tasty Pyaz kachori and DhoklaCons:1. No better deals for Bulk order when you want 100+ boxes like.2. Staff can be a bit more polite and courteous.3. Follow Covid-19 norms in a good way.Miscellaneous:They have good parking space.

Harilals Sweets is like a brand. The sweets and nimkins is fresh. A lot of variety of sweets is available here. Just go and enjoy. Specially brownie pastries.

This place is famous for two things, Jalebi and over-priced items. You will love the food but the price is not justified. Many other places offers same quality at reasonable price.

The quality of sweets & snacks is awesome, one of the best in Patna. Different varieties of cakes, Pastry, packed snacks are also available. Overall excellent but Costing seems to be very high like you get Kaju katli @ ₹ 1100-1500/ kg etc.

The staff here is courteous and helpful and will give due time to attend your requests. They also have a pure veg mini- restaurant adjoining the sweet shop. Clean and hygienic with good ambience. Good quality freshly baked cookies, biscuits, breads are the main attraction. One 8s welcomed with a mind numbing aroma of Desi Ghee used for churning out Jalebis. Reasonably good Chole Bhature, Samossa and similar veg. Snacks are on the offer. Clean place.

They have degraded their quality especially in kachori. Since it has become a brand a lot of people go there but the quality has degraded a lot. Kachori was very stiff and i felt as if it was made 5 days ago. Being a local and a frequent visitor of harilal, I didnt expect such quality (talking about west boring road branch)

Not deserves even one star. Not that it was my first visit but things were different this time. I ordered veg cheese grilled sandwiches takeaway from store. But when I opened the parcel at home, there was no cheese, just mayonnaise.

I didnt like the staff behaviour rather than food in terms of food the brand Harilal has quite established itself very well. But very much disappointed with staff behaviour here. I am a regular Harilal Customer whenever I visit Patna I always come to Harilal. But today I decided to go here because it was near where I had work but rude and ignorance of staff made my visit sour. I didnt expect to be treated like that. If you are more patience and calm and dont care about anything other than food then you can visit here no matter what. Overall ok but not great as other outlets.

Dont BUY Kachori SUBJI from there.I was a regular customer of Harilal but today, first time after buying(Takeaway)Kachori Subzi and jalebi from there I was very disappointed by their quality.After coming back to home when I tasted the Subzi,it was very sour.It was of a very degraded quality. Sweets and cakes are up to mark, Raj kachori is its speciality, do give it a try. Chaat was good but other than that wont recommend this place for anything else. The service provided, is very slow.

Worst Kulfi Faluda, purchased 4 of it and wasted Rs.320 straight away!!!Very bad taste, it tasted completely artificial, seems they use some powder/synthetic materials instead of milk to prepare kulfi.
